If zero stars were an option, this location would earn it. The service here is consistently awful. Every visit involves extremely long lines and painfully slow service. There appears to be little to no efficiency in how the store is run. Staffing always seems inadequate, and customers are left waiting far longer than reasonable just to complete basic transactions. Whether it's the pharmacy or the front registers, the process feels disorganized and unnecessarily slow. This location seriously needs better management of workflow and staffing because the current experience is frustrating for customers. Until major improvements are made, I would strongly recommend going to a different pharmacy if you have the option. read more

Here I am again talking about this damn shit hole. I was told I couldn't sit down tonight when I was lethargic from epilepsy. Nobody would help me the brat working this nightshift at the pharmacy I'm sure gets away with whatever attitude she wants as usual I'm sure. The front of the store made fun of me on the way out didn't help me and accused me of stealing as a way to entertain themselves. I'm not some crackhead. I have a Masters Degree unlike those middle school dropouts. I came in on my bicycle, I can't even friggin drive with epilepsy duhhhh. I don't want to see their dipshit faces in the middle of the night getting paid to do the only thing they are good at. If you don't care about people if you don't care about the well being of others if you don't care about people who are ill then don't work at a pharmacy, don't work in walgreens where people who have struggles in the middle of the night have to go. Especially since it's 24hours. Anyone worried about safety shouldn't be working 24 hour anything. This pharmacy cares about no one especially the night shift they just screw around and hold themselves above everybody else. Walgreens on Plain st as usual , Thursday night August 6th. This is by far the best walgreens in any state I have been to. The pharmacy people are super nice and helpful which is a rarity at a walgreens. They have you in and out in no time. It's 24hrs which is great too. Always well stocked. read more

You call the store & your put on hold telling you that theirs 3 callers ahead of you.After 10 mins they say theirs 2 callers ahead of you. Another 10 mins go by & they say theirs 1 caller ahead of you. Then the Phone rings & rings & rings & rings & rings & rings. Then you get disconnected after 40 Fuken mins. Who runs this piss poor store. This store needs to be looked into. read more

Good Location EZ on Ez off highway. It's close to a few different store Target, Workout place so you can get a lot of stuff done if you need to. They also have a TD ATM in side you can't deposit money/checks so that leaves checking balance and withdrawal. I hate the super bright fluorescent lights tho. Hate, Hate, Hate those lights read more

So far so good. They were very efficient and timely. They are also polite and care about the customer experience.

Definitely don't recommend using them as your primary pharmacy. I had dropped off a few prescriptions inside and was told that in 15 mins they would be ready. I left and came back after 45 minutes to an hour and they said my medication was not ready, which wasn't a huge deal to me (I use to work at a pharmacy so I know how it can get). I was informed that one of the prescriptions was out of stock so I asked the pharmacy cashier if there would be more in the following days and she went to the pharmacist and asked (by the way the cashier was a doll! Super friendly and great bedside manner). As she asked the pharmacist I could hear her snapping that they didn't have anymore and that I (the customer who can clearly hear and see her) should go somewhere else if I had a problem with that. She then began laughing and talking about it in a mocking manner with what seemed like another pharmacist or a technician. I was shocked to say the least. I understand if I was being difficult or disruptive,but man, was she rude. So when the cashier came back she apologized (again such a doll!) and helped me with the other medication. So after that experience I decided to take the pharmacist's "very kind and helpful" advice and go to another pharmacy. read more

I never write Yelp reviews but had to after my experience tonight. Shaela was absolutely above and beyond; I have never been greeted upon entering a Walgreens and was warmly greeted by her. It was a busy evening and she still took the time to say hi; I had to ask a question about an eye glass repair kit I couldn't find and she happily found it for me. Once we got to check out, I was in awe, amidst a global pandemic/labor shortage, that multiple employees came very quickly to help out and get the customers to pay and on their way very efficiently. I hope she gets a promotion soon and this is my new Walgreens regardless of how far away I live! read more

Drug stores. I loathe going to these places but there comes a time for all of us when we are faced with no other option. It seems like Walgreen's and CVS are taking over the world, so pretty much, you have to pick one or the other for your drug store needs. Each has its good and bad points, but Walgreen's trumps CVS for having a clearly organized checkout area. People are corralled single file towards the registers, leavning no mistake about who's next in line. Unlike at CVS where one register is open, a line 10 people deep forms, and finally the backup cashier responds to the second or third page to come up front to assist, only to have the people at the end of the line scurry over and get waited on first. I hate those people!! But I digress. This Walgreen's seems to have a full parking lot no matter what time of day I go, but the store never seems that crowded. It is open 24 hours, too, if you're into late night prescription filling. read more

Went to this Walgreens to develop pictures. The manager.. I think James is his name was so friendly and helpful. We had several questions and he didn't hesitate to help even when it was busy. To top it off I left my cell phone there. I was instantly in a panic thinking soMe one might have stolen it. When I went back to the photo station Jimmy was still there and had My phone! Couldn't be happier with the service and great customer service! read more

OK! Quick review on Walgreens because it's like any other drug store out there! This location is decent. Clean, organized, workers are not as helpful as they can be. Prices aren't bad but read the sales properly. Unlike super markets or other stores when it says 10 for $10 buying 1 of that item costs a buck. Instead at Walgreens it costs whatever the original price is, so BEWARE!!!! Anyways, not bad of a location. It's open 24/7 and has a Pharmacy in the back. Good store to go to if you really need something quick in the middle of the night!!! read more

Vannak at the photo section was very helpful. I was having trouble printing out my pictures from the app. I resent them and walked around the store waiting for them to finished. He personally came out to find me and let me know there was some issues with the cropping of them. He then walked through the app with me and successfully was able to print my photos. I did not have to wait long at all. Thank you so much! read more
