Looking for clothes? No one is there to help you in the men's section, or shoe section, or pretty much any section. Looking for a computer? Most staff are not knowledgeable about the products. Problem is, they treat their customers as bad as their employees. This huge corporation makes billions of dollars in profits, but shunts all of the oney away from the workers, so much so that most Walmart employees literally eed food stamps to get by. That's shameful. Perhaps if they finally paid their employees more than $9 an hour, they would have more employees on hand, and more competent ones at that. Costco pays its workers more than twice as much as Walmart, and they have even better sales, because it better service and more competent employees read more

Finally joined their club and what a waste of money. They split my delivery into 3 deliveries. First one missing a product. Such a hassle and time spent for a refund. The next delivery said it was on its way but then said delayed from store, then canceled. SO once you join their club and pay your hard earned money they don't care to do their job. Horrible. read more

I say, This may very well be, without a doubt, THE single most depressing Walmart I have ever visited. Store is unorganized, dirty, cardboard boxes everywhere, tracts of unused space, and every employee either did not speak English or had a tenuous grasp thereof. Needless to say, avoid this one. Poor form, not very sporting read more

I'm in bed ridden and depending on my deliveries they do not read instructions where I have where to leave and deliveries on the in-app instructions they deliver wherever they feel like it even to the wrong house many times I've gone through issues over and over with these people the Hudson Walmart needs to be torn down the people there don't care about you they're ignorant rude and they expect a tip I laugh I have I have not had one great experience with these people my nurses had to return items because they are already been used and put back in boxes and they refuse to take them back that store is disgusting needs new ownership and management a real overhaul absolutely needs to be done in there the workers that are in there now need to be all can and all revamped and put all new blood in there they don't like their jobs which I don't blame them they don't get paid enough to deal with what they do but that's on Walmart Walmart needs to step up and do something about it because this is absolutely ridiculous it's happened to me one too many times I don't get my items well they can't find the driver to deliver your items to your home only they do it's 5 hours later this place is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable business ethics!!!! read more

The store has no employees. I went there this AM to buy just a few things. There were about 100 people in line for the self checkout. They finally opened one staffed checkout but there were about 50 people in line. Two of the other customers were really rude to me and seemed to assume I was trying to get some sort of priivilege to pay for my 5 items. I would have had to wait for 40 minutes to pay. I left my cart and will never go back. read more

Was at Hudson store in the pharmacy looking for a product. Picture this. I'm trying to enjoy a nice spring break with my girlies. The sales tax in Massachusetts is outrageous, so we figure let's drive into New Hampshire and purchase our goods. The first store we see upon entry is Walmart. We hop out, having no idea the horrendous experience we will endure. No gluten free foods, no produce, no liquor. This walmart wants their customers to be unhealthy and sober. On top of this, half of the workers couldn't speak english. DO BETTER. read more

Jan2023:2: I would not recommend the shopping location nor any of the workers at the register on this visit. I don't know how I feel about this store. It appears to be well stocked, but trying to check out is a mess. I had to score this store lower because management has a clear failure in their responsibility to do the required job at this store location. The parking lot is roomy enough for large vehicles with ample handicap parking spaces in front. This store is one of the stripped down types that I see is common here in the northeast areas. read more

The girl at the register does not even want to do minimum amount of work. She does not want to put anything in the bag and just standing there while looking at customers doing the bagging. Has the policy changed in this place. Most of employees here do not want to be there but want to get paid. Please, can management train these group of brainless amoebas? Oh wait, amoebas probably have more intelligence. Or can management hire people who are willing to help customers. read more

Walmart - Department Stores Near Me - Hudson, New Hampshire

Worst Walmart for deliveries and customer service, managers, you name it. Quite simply put they DO NOT CARE for their customers. I utilize Walmart+ Delivery because I am elderly and disabled. I get more wrong orders, missing the highest priced items than I do correct orders. Why pay for a "convenient service" when all they create are problems, headaches and hours on the phone to get what you already paid for. Walmart, Hudson, DOES NOT CARE for their CUSTOMERS! read more

Online pick-up for this store is a joke. Received an email confirmation telling me my order was ready. Walk into the store and the online pick up hours are apparently 8am-8pm. It's 8:08pm. No where in my email does it say there are specific pick-up hours. I ask the store manager about my order and she tells me she can't get my order and the pick-up hours are stated in the email. I tell her that the email most certainly does not state such and show her my email. She looks at it and when she realizes it truly does not specify pick up hours, she says "well it SHOULD". Refuses to get my order. Like I said online pickup is a joke and apparently the store manager is too. HAHA. read more

I visited Saturday after having a bad day. And I NEVER thought that going to walmart would turn my mood around and regain my faith in humanity. The people were friendly and the employees were nice. 45 minutes to get a key cut is insane. These associates never show up let alone ask if you need something. I'm really sick of Walmart. This location always has poorly stocked shelves, a filthy parking lot and it's not much better indoors. Went to return some items, store opens at 6, Customer Service not until 7am and won't take returns at a register. What a pain and a dump. read more

I am so done with this store! The cashiers actually get pissed off if you go to them instead of using the self check out. I have gotten a lecture twice now on why i should use the self check. Whats next?? Handing me a box and having me stock the shelves when i walk in. read more

One word: Over-illuminated! It's one of a few stores I simply can't walk into without getting a headache. None of the other WalMarts around have the same issue... it is a poor design at that one. Unfortunately a headache tends to ruin the whole experience, so I stay away from this one even though it is closest to my house. read more

Avoid this location AT ALL COSTS. Avoid Walmart altogether, actually. Customer service is awful, there's NO ONE around. Ever. Even if you DO find someone they don't know anything about their department, and will vanish on you until you get fed up and leave. Cici, one of their managers is also very rude when I stopped her for help. Gave me an attitude and just grabbed another employee who was working to help me instead. Who does that? If you're thinking about shopping or even applying here, just don't. Seriously, don't. All the employees look like they hate their life working here. Don't waste your time. read more

I can never find anyone to help me in this store! The employees always are rushing around and so focused on their tasks at hand that they never offer assistance or when you approach them to ask a question they dash away! I called the store manager and he apologized and offered me a gift card to the store. Thanks? My worst experience was when I went to the store to pick up a futon frame and mattress. There was no one at the back desk to help me. I waited about 20 minutes, while employees kept walking past me and no one asked me if i needed assistance. Then when someone came and brought me the items they did not offer to help me bring them to my car. As I was dragging the mattress and the metal futon through the store ONE employee from the many that I walked by offered to help me. Miserable store! read more

I don't normally write short one star reviews. Actually, this is my first. Friday afternoon. About 7pm. I get that it's rush hour. You have SIX registers open. It took me 32 minutes (from when I started counting) to. Get through the line. Other patrons were visibly peeved. Some even left. Not sure what happened here. But I won't be back. read more

I don't frequent Walmart as a personal choice. This is much easier to do in New England than it is in the Midwest because the NE Walmarts all seem to be utter crapholes. Is it because they don't have the big grocery sections? I don't know. This Walmart is pretty bad, with crowded aisles, half-empty shelves of merch, dirty floors, stuff out of place. I mean, it's better than the one in Methuen, or the one on the Lowell/Chelmsford city line, but that's not saying a whole lot. And the lighting is just terrible. It's not overilluminated, per se, just overly fluorescent. Everyone and everything in the store has the sickly yellow tint. And would it kill people to actually put a shopping cart in a cart corral? The couple times I've been here, I've parked as far away from the store as possible to shield my car from the loose carts flying through the lot. read more

Be careful with what you order on line. They will ship you off run goods . They have you contacted the seller. But in most cases they don't have a phone or web site or they in China or they have only a PO box not a office or a phone and some of them are buying from the dollar store and selling They do help you out . Lost $$$$$$ because they will not return them You are allowed 4 a month read more

Here is my experience at Walmart Hudson, NH. Purchased a halloween costume just two days before on halloween costume sale. Went today for return the costume since the kid didn't like it. The manager at this walmart stated all sales were final and cannot be returned. There is no statement in the receipt (or anywhere) that all sales are final. Also, they come with a solution they will give 5 dollars 97 cents (since the present markdown is 75 percent off) instead of the actual money paid by me 11 dollars 97 cents. I can't believe the way, the arrogant manager behaved. I can agree if the costume was purchased before halloween. Some people buy things before halloween, use it and return it. In my case, it was purchased after halloween (Friday) and I am returning on Sunday. Worst customer service. read more

I went to this store 3 times last week and absolutely everyone was so nice and helpful! I'm not familiar with this store, & I needed help finding and returning really varied items, and every single associate was kind and helpful, which is really impressive during this pandemic. All the employees were wearing masks and a smile (in their eyes LOL). Some items that were listed as in stock online weren't there, but that's the case with most large chain stores, and in Covid times I'm not gonna stress that a $4 scrub shirt on clearance was gone. Bathrooms were clean and the store was organized. I made sure to tell the employees how kind they were, and unfortunately it seems that these essential workers aren't getting the praise they should. I never had to search for an associate, and literally every person was friendly, from the floor to returns to electronics to the cashiers. Please make it known to the associates if you appreciate them-they're putting themselves on the line so we can get good deals! read more

First- I only go into a Walmart if I'm with someone who wants to shop there. This one is small and probably survives because Nashua refuses to let a Walmart in our city. I was disappointed in the cellphone area. Walmart sells TracPhones but I could only find one phone case that would fit the brand of TracPhone from Walmart that I have. There was one clip-on telephoto phone lens to choose from. A helpful employee looked up info about it for me because there wasn't much on the box. We agreed that if the description of the lens was just, "high quality," it probably isn't. There are better phone accessories displays and products in the checkout area of Barnes and Noble Booksellers than Walmart's phone area. In case you're wondering, yes they still sell computer mice and mouse pads there. The store is living in the past. read more

Went in today looking for a baby pool float for my nephew. On the app it said they had all different ones but when we were looking there were none to be found. I asked at least 3 people for help and none of the women knew where they were. One even told me she's never heard of them before... no one offered to help look it up or help us look. This was the only store in the area that said they had them so needless to say I was frustrated and pissed off. It was a 98 degree day out lol their customer service is atrocious and the people are so incompetent. This is not the first time I've experienced this but today I finally decided I was fed up. I do not recommend this store at all. read more

I looked online for a George Foreman grill. It stated they had it in stock. I got there they didn't have it. They advertise items that are not in stock. Asked a customer associate to see if they see if another store had it. He called but couldn't get through. I went to another Walmart, the same thing happened. Online stated they had it but did not have it. I regretted not ordering it online through Amazon. I got the grill at Bed Bath and Beyond as I happened to see it there. Poorly run business. read more

I like a good deal and always get more for my money (no sales tax) at this close-to-the-Massachusetts-border Walmart. BTW the salesclerk in the fabric/sewing center says they are going to stop selling fabric soon. Updated the kid's clothing, socks, underwear, and shoes, shirts and underwear for my hubby. Underwear and sewing notions for me AND the executive crock pot by Hamilton Beach. All totaled for around $358.00, not bad. read more

I had a really great experience at this location today. I made some returns and the woman at customer service who helped me was very kind, I wish I got her name. But then the woman who checked me out, her name is Shasta, she was an absolute angel. She was supposed to be leaving but I only had two items so she was going to check me out. My card wasn't working and she even waited for me to fix the problem and. Heck out with her. She was so patient and sweet and really just gave that level of customer service and kindness that can really make your day a little better. I plan to call and send more praise. Whatever I can do to shine a light on her kindness and patience. Thank you Shasta.
