There's very few things I actually go to Walmart for\...on Christmas Eve this year, I needed some batteries. I knew what I was getting into so I decided to go nice and early 8:30am and made out just fine. When I do go to Walmart, I tried to at least make it somewhat interesting. This time around, seeing as it was Christmas Eve and so early in the morning, I thought it would be amusing to buy ammunition for my .45 and not just a little...I got a couple hundred rounds. Moldy, green cheese! When I complained online, they never gave me a response, other than to put the burden on me for sku#, receipt number, expiration date (it's my job to watch them?), etc. As I was eating the cheese, I noticed the off-taste, and then saw the green mold. I think even a mouse would have run away at that point. Maybe their mice did run away, and that's why it was still on the shelves? i was a little queasy the next morning, but it passed. read more

Soda stream replacement tanks only available from customer service desk which is packed with returns or people buying money orders. When i go to Walmart, 3/4 of my list isn't in stock. There is almost never an employee in sports when i need locked up ammo. They have like 4 baby girl outfits for every 1 baby boy outfits and the only sizes it seems they ever have is NB so we can never get my son new clothes from them. Then you get to checkout and it is a nightmare. 2 checkouts open with honestly about 20 people in line and every cashier is beyond slow. I needed something at Wal-Mart, so I decided to head up to this Hudson location. Remind me never to go on a Sunday, even if it's late in the afternoon. Kids were screaming, the place was messier than usual, and tons of people everywhere. Typical Wal-Mart: loads of racks of clothes (but you can't differentiate the sales from regular-priced items), an electronics department, school and supply section, food, hardware, linens, cosmetics, rude cashiers, no one to help. Will I come here again? Probably, but only if it's not during the weekend and only if I have a specific something to buy. I don't have the patience to "browse" in this place. Two stars because it's ok, and one more star because there's no tax in NH. Yay. read more

WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!! If I could give (-) stars I would have. Since my current move to Hudson Nh, I have spent a solid $3,000 here at this Walmart in particular. The customer service I have received from this store has made me no longer shop here. I'll go to target and pay the extra $5.00 in gas. From electronic employees lying about their return policies to a angry manager yelling at customer service employees to "take their damn lunch break now or you don't get one" while a line of 20 customers waited. Real professional. With all that aside, it's the two ladies Joanna and the other very nice girl at electronics that were so kind to me; I didn't flip that store upside down with how annoyed I was. This review is for the Pharmacy staff only. Kerry was so helpful in figuring out my insurance mix up, gave me a coupon to get lunch at subway when I mentioned that I would wait there, and then she came to subway to update me on my perscription status once it got straightened out! Wow! Talk about great customer service! Then, the pharmacist was very nice and apologetic for the wait, and she made some pregnant jokes with me to make me smile before I headed out. Overall, a crappy situation, but it wasn't their fault and because of the way that I was treated I didn't mind. read more

Worst customer service! Rude and will not answer your questions. I asked to speak to the customer service manager and employee's angry response was, "They will tell you the same thing maybe they dont speak like me but it will be the same thing."(she had an accent) Which made it seem as though I was asking to speak to someone else because of her ethnicity which is absolutely rediculous! Manager was even more rude, cut me off when i was speaking and just said No and when I began to talk again she once again Just cut me off with NO. So I thanked them anyways and they both just stared at me angrily. This is a smaller Walmart with a reduced selection in many areas; and sometimes the stock of the store can be disorganized. I've noticed that they installed an area of 8 self checkouts which has helped quite a bit in the speed of getting out if you only have a few items. read more

Walmart hudson use to be a nice place to shop. You knew where everything you were after was in the store. Now it seems like every month they change the store around. They want to make sure you see everything. In that case I'll take a vacation day. Cheap sneakers, rejects, wouldn't buy them there. You get what you pay for junk. Customer service was terrible, had a one employee training, took 45 minutes, I was 3rd in line. Picked out what I needed, at the register I wanted $60.00 cash back. The cash register empty? Had to wait again. I buy less and less at walmart, amazon is on the top of my list. You pick what you want and price, they deliver rite to your door. Excellent service. The place is a dump. Inventory is bare minimum to say the least. Price scanners haven't work for many months. I finally told the store manager. He told me he was unaware of all the price scanners not working. Really? Doesn't he have a checklist? How many times I have I gone into that store and no price listed on the items. Incredibly mismanaged. They have been out of Mach 3 disposable razors for 6 weeks so I finally went to BJ's. I can never get my HP black ink cartridges. They have been out for months. The place is a waste of time. Go to Targets. They keep good inventory and the store is well lighted and clean. Walmarts in Hudson is dirty and disorganized. Just try to get somebody to help you. I went to Walmart at Hudson NH around 1 pm on 03/16/2020. I only picked up two things and went to pay for my stuffs. After I paid, I noticed that I got charged two tubes of tooth paste but I actually got one. Therefore I asked the cashier and she tried to return the extra at the cash register. After the cashier started returning the tooth paste, she asked a woman to come to the cash register to approve. The woman was very rude after she came, she asked why the cashier tried to do a return because there was a customer behind me. The only thing she said to me was to go to customer service to return. I did not want to give the cashier a hard time so I left. And I politely asked the woman who was asked to approve the transaction why couldn't I get the return at the cash register and looked like the cashier already started doing that. At first she tried to ignore me and when I asked one more question she was upset and said something really rude. Then I asked her for her name and I also tried to read her name tag and she just walked away. I finally got my refund for $3.00 something after 15-20 minuets waiting. At that point, I asked to talked to the store manager and the person who did the return told me to talk to a woman who is in charge of the front desk. I waited for another 10 minutes. Finally, I talked to the woman in charge of the front desk and the only think she wanted to know was the woman's name. She tried to brush off the whole situation because I could not tell who that person was. It was so funny when she tried not to listen to me, the cashier came to the front desk. She had no choice but asked the cashier for that person's name. Then she said she would talk to that person. My question for Walmart's management was why did she want to talk to the person but not try understand the whole situation. I was only bothered by the attitude of the person who tried to approve/disapprove the transaction. She was very very rude. And also, as the front desk manager/superviser. the least she could do was to ask me what happened. I shopped at Walmart a lot and was never treated this way so I HOPE that those who refused to listen to the customers' complaints SHOULD BE EDUCATED again. read more

I would prefere not leaving any stars for this store. I have been living in Nashua NH for 20+ years and normally shop walmart. But now I am not. I walked into the Hudson NH location after leaving Home Depot in south Nashua to buy fans because I noticed on line the fans at Walmart in Hudson NH seemed to be compareable and were less expensive. The two fans I was interested in were a 10.5 in honewell room circulator, that suposedly pushed air 25 feet from the unit, and a black 20 inch high velocity fan. I have not had air conditioning for a week now and needed some fans to move air. First of all I asked two different associates where the fans were and got sent to two different areas in the store.(frustrating for a customer) next when the high velocity fan wasnt there when the website show 3 instock is very frustrating. I dont like to waste things especially gas. I asked another associate if the high velocity fan I was looking for was in a different location and she went to the department manager at a fast pace and by the time I caught up with her she was turnning to come back and informed me if its not out we dont got it!. I noticed the dept manager was tied up with another customer so I dont even know if she talked to him. not to mention her accent was so thick and attitude was like I put her out it was hard to tell if she was being honest. I asked to speak with a store manager because I though I should inform the manager there was a problem with the website and again the women took off in the direction of electronics and I followed trying to keep up,( I saw she took the corner near cell phones and the photo center) when I finally caught up she was nowhere to be found and the asociates in the photo and customer pick up area were speaking spanish so I couldnt even ask a question as to where the women went. Finally when they finished their conversation and decided to notice someone was there I again asked to speak with a store manager and they said a women went to go get him and he would be right out . I waited around for 20 minutes and no store manager. If this is how customers are treated in Hudson these days , I'm done.! I am an American Citizen and I am all for legal citizens in our country. I have no problem with Imagrants. But this is an ENGLISH speaking country. Associates should keep there native languages at home or use them when appropriate with likewise speaking people. I find it rude for someone to be speaking any language besides english in a public forum like the work place especially when its a private conversation with associates on the sales floor. I have been working in retail for 35 years and never would I have my employees be having private conversations on the sales floor, no matter the language. I ended up buying 2 of the Honeywell 10.5 inch fans and returned them the same day because I couldn't feel air on the highest setting 10 feet away let alone 25 feet. Fuck this establishment! Worst experience I have ever had trying to shop! My friend and I wanted to buy some sparklers so we went online to see what stores near us sold them. We found that walmart sold them and that they were currently IN stock. When we got there, there was a huge ass motherfucking line with unhappy looking customers. We spent the next 30 minutes looking for sparklers with no luck. We sent out on a journey to find help. That journey was the worst experience ever! we spent another 30 minutes trying to find an employee. When we finally found someone they didn't speak english. 10 minutes later we found another employee, guess what... They also didn't speak english. 15 minutes later we found another employee, AGAIN THEY DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! We went searching around the store for anyone who could help us... ANYONE! Durring our adventure we passed many service desks that had nobody there!? WTF? We reached the point where we were so colse to asking the other customers if they could help. At one point we spotted an employee across the store. We litterally ran to her so that we wouldn't lose her. When we got to her she was busy helping another customer, so we waited patiently for another 5 minutes. when we stepped in to ask for help she didn't hear us so the customer who she was helpingbhad to point us out to her. We asked her where we could find sparklers and she informed us that it was not in her section so she couldn't help and that we should just keep looking. We went to find another employee that could potentilly help. The next employee we found was slightly more compitent and even though he was not sure where they would be he brought us to someone who he thought could help us. That person also couldn't help us and they both gave up and walked away. So after 1.5 hours and 8 employees later we were still sparklerless. We moved on from walmart to party city where we fpund sparklers but unfortunately were informed that we had to be 18 to buy them (that one is on us). So 2 hours and agonizing interactions we went home sparklerless. If I could I would give this esablishment 0 stars. read more

This store used to be very well run but, for the last few years, it's become an awful experience trying to shop here. All of the good managers and employees seem to have disappeared, one by one, and all that's left are the slackers, the losers, and the incompetents. (And their website has become even more impossible to deal with. Example: Today, I tried to place an online order and couldn't get the item to ship to this store, my closest Walmart--even though I know, for a fact, that the item is in stock here. So, I tried calling and ended up with a "manager" named Thomas, who kept interrupting me, talking over me and throughout the entire call, never once let me complete a sentence. In fact, this half-wit didn't shut his stupid mouth even once throughout the entire call and when I finally hung up on him, he was still babbling. Pharmacy: Worst pharmacy in the Nashua, Hudson area. My family has eleven prescriptions every month. The guy (pharmacist) behind the counter tries to do as little work as possible. Just sit and wait for a prescription and you will see. I don't do any business with this pharmacy anymore. Target Pharmacy in Nashua has the same prices as Walmart and doesn't make me wait half the time. Yes, I know about call ahead prescriptions. Walmart usually gets that right, but Target and CVS get that right all the time, plus they serve the Walk In business in a fair amount of time. Why would anyone go to Walmart's Pharmacy until this guy is gone? What happened to Karen A., the pharmacist? She was great. I miss her. I'll take my eleven prescriptions to CVS, RiteAid or Target, not Walmart. read more

Usually this Walmart is behind others as for general merchandise or new items. There is a constant crew rotation therefore personal is not efficient, qualified or not very professional when comes to customer service. The worst part is so called (sporting goods.) While Walmart spends millions of Dollars in security, surveillance camera and shop lifting issues, they are not capable to put a bell, light or any other calling device so that when a customer needs something from the ammo department can be assisted right away. Usually one has to look for an associate and IF he or she carries the key - because that's another problem. After waiting for a long time, finally they send someone and surprisingly you realize that the person who was sent to the ammo department doesn't have the key! Now another wait for the proper associate who can actually open, access, and sell ammo. This has happened to me many times reason why I decided not to go there any more. By 2018, they hired a long bearded guy in his late sixties which is completely lost when comes to information and procedures and he is not a very likable/pleasant person to deal with. Friends and family have the same opinion reason why we stopped shopping at this particular branch. Before I forget, be very careful at parking lot. read more

First let me say this is my first time being poorly treated at this store and its just unreal that I'm mad the store because i can not believe they have some one like that working for them and representing the store values. Her name is PAULINE she is an old woman working in the jewellery section. I went to return a jewellery that i purchased 2 days ago, she looked at me and said i can't help you i am busy doing something else( she was busy putting together a watch ) which i understand , but i would have appreciate if she cared even to get someone to help me while she was working for another customer who wasn't even there. and That was the only eye contact she made as i stood there for like 10 min, i finally said do you know how long its going to take, she didn't even bother looking at me and said while looking down on her things 'go do some shopping and come back' if I'm done doing this then i can help you, and i responded I just drove half hour to return this jewellery box, and she rolled her eyes at me. So i went and ask an other store employee who couldn't believe it and she help me get someone her name was LAURIE and she was very nice and helped me. PAULINE had a horrible attitude and i had my daughter with me. She was very mean and i will never forget that experience as it was my first ever at any walmart . Makes more money then Amherst street Wal-mart because its close to the Mass.border.Pretty good selection,but beware all Wal-marts dont price the same way ,for example a DVD COULD BE PRICED a dollar cheaper at the Amherst store and unless the manager isnt called they may not give you that price.Also some of the employees are not happy to help you.Maybe because they are not qualified .It would be nice if they could smile.It would make them feel better and people would stay longer and spend more money.Sometimes the Subway reasturant inside burns the popcorn and stinks up the store.When the Radio Grill was there the girls who ran that department were wonderful and then they brought in Subway and it wasnt the same.Very pricey read more
