If zero stars were an option, this location would earn it. The service here is consistently awful…read more Every visit involves extremely long lines and painfully slow service. There appears to be little to no efficiency in how the store is run. Staffing always seems inadequate, and customers are left waiting far longer than reasonable just to complete basic transactions. Whether it's the pharmacy or the front registers, the process feels disorganized and unnecessarily slow. This location seriously needs better management of workflow and staffing because the current experience is frustrating for customers. Until major improvements are made, I would strongly recommend going to a different pharmacy if you have the option.

I was also worried about the side effects of my medication once and the owner sat down and talked with me for a while, taking her time to talk with me and go over it so I could understand it well and it made me feel much more comfortable with the new medication. I also get my vaccines for Covid here. Always use this pharmacy, as it is a local business, and is much better than the big chain store pharmacies in town. It's always good to spend money on local businesses because that means the money gets reinvested into the community, as opposed to big chain stores where the money flows out of our community. Always shop local if you can!

I get a monthly invoice, which is taken care of by autopay, so very convenient. I also get a breakdown of what meds are sent to the AL each month, as well as dosage. She said I had to make an appointment. But on the website that I had already checked prior to driving over to the Bedford Stop and Shop did not say anything about an appointment being needed. In fact, it says 'get your vaccination today; no appointment needed.' Even I came home, disappointed not to have gotten my vaccine, and being dismissed by the pharmacist, (who BTW was at the counter with zero customers in the area), I checked the S&S website again with expectation I could book an appointment for tomorrow. No such luck, as the website doesn't offer any appointment bookings and as stated above, the site says 'no appointment needed' for vaccines. This has been very frustrating! Not recommended!

Apples are heavily bruised and browning. I have no concerns with other aspects of the store, but the quality of the produce is so poor I now shop elsewhere.
