Unfortunately, the only snow brush they had for purchase was a short one that doesn't extend, and regardless of how I tried utilizing my best contortionist skills and Matrix abilities, my 5'3" stature and tiny TRex arms just wouldn't allow me to get all the crap off. Then the gentlemen who was behind the counter...not sure if it was a manager or not...came out with a really nice LONG scraper and said after watching my struggles, he couldn't allow me to do it anymore and proceeded to clean my car of all the snow and ice that was left! Not to mention every other time I've gone in the store has been spotless, the selection of merchandise is great for a convenience store, and they have great coffee for only 99 cents! On several occasions they have intentionally "dropped" a winning scratch ticket after scanning it. They will scan the ticket, drop it, and try to give you less money or less tickets for the winning amount. Absolutely horrible. My family and I live in CT now but stopped into Stoneham a few days ago. The store is by the highway so we went in, they are still up to their old tricks.

I won't come back to the location every to shop because I found myself in a situation where I was left alone at the front and if I was a different person I would just walked out with everything in the store. How it that a store permits this i understand that people might have relationships and what not but I find it UNPROFESSIONAL for that to be happening during work hours as soon as they both stepped out the back room they noticed me and try to play it off like there was something they were helping one another with.
