I was literally scammed and conned into spending twice what I wanted to spend by the woman who works there at night. She confused and manipulated me into buying something I did not want and then I was told she does not know how to do a refund (meanwhile she is there all by herself constantly.....) & when i kept insisting that i did not want the second piece, SHE kept insisting that I would be "okay" and that I could "make use of the piece...." Again, to be clear, I did not want 2 pieces, I didn't want to spend that much money in the first place. The manager is there very limited hours, making it so difficult for me to return the unwanted piece that I've cut my losses and will not be going back to this smoke shop. I'm very mad about it & I've heard others with a similar story about this place so be careful if you do still decide to shop here.....and make sure you get a receipt because she did not give me one and also sneakily ripped the price tag off of the piece seemingly so I could not return it.

There was a nice but seemingly clueless guy who didn't know what I was talking about when it came to a delta 8 and had never heard of CBG then had no info about the quality and differences in their CBD products. So then he walks to a random cabinet behind the counter and pulls out 2 delta 8 disposable vapes. Because I had never used it before I decided to get one, which I regret. Once home I look up the brand (Cake) and it turns out it's an untrustworthy bootleg company.

Only a concentrate pen... which I wasn't feeling. So, we walk to the local glass shop. Mind you, I'd also just broken my recycler so I figure I'll take a look since I *know* there's nothing I like around Eastie where I live. We walk into Fast Eddies and are greeted by Cathy, a very friendly woman who is just about to close the store. I apologize but ask if she has any recyclers. She lit up and came right over to help. She even let me fill them up to see/feel the action on them (with WATER!! Relax!!) hehehe!! ;) I ended up buying a nice recycler, torch, banger, and other goodies here and Cathy hooked me up with a nice deal and a freebie from behind the counter she had been saving that was a damaged piece that was un-sellable but still functioned fine!! THANKS CATHY! It works AWESOME with my E-NAIL! :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store!! A real neighborhood gem with awesome people looking to help you out. Ordering online does ZERO for your local businesses!! Support Cathy and shop at Fast Eddies an Allston!

I just would like her to get better training. I been coming to Bluemoon for over a year now. And this was the worst service I gotten.
