I was never made aware of the high taxes on purchases, the round-up system, or the fact that I wouldn't receive my change. Originally, my purchase was supposed to be $24, but when I got home and checked my spending, I saw I was charged $33. When I contacted management to request a breakdown of the $9 increase, I was finally informed about all the additional fees. I also brought up that I never received my change after the purchase. The manager even acknowledged that the security camera footage showed I was telling the truth--yet she hung up on me mid-conversation and never called back. Neither the issue nor the confusion was ever resolved. I feel like I was lied to and stolen from. The Heritage Club has to improve its professionalism and transparency if it wants to survive as a dispensary. I hope they do--but I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this place to absolutely anyone in my community.

So why the five stars then? 1) Convenience - this place is easy to get to in Revere, and parking isn't usually an issue. 2) Availability - they have far better hours than most shops. 3) Price - They consistently have competitive pricing compared to other shops around. 4) People - The staff and anyone else in there are generally friendly, and not all cigar stores are. Some places you almost feel like they are just tolerating people walking in. This place makes you feel welcome. 5) Selection - Chances are, they'll have what you want. And it's nice to be in a place where the stock answer is "If you don't see it we don't have it".

I stopped in a couple of weeks ago for a replacement vaporizer battery, and the owner recommended one for me based on the one I was currently using that I did like a lot. Unfortunately, either the battery or charger was defective, and I was unable to get it to take a charge after the initial power rundown. I brought it back to shop the following week, and the owner took a few minutes to open up a couple packages and try different chargers and batteries to see where the problem might be. He didn't have any more of the brand that I had purchased, but did give me another battery and charger anyhow. I appreciate him swapping it out and making it right for me. The shop also carries e-cig liquid, vaporizer batteries and chargers, glass pieces and hookahs, rolling papers, Backwoods, etc. Whatever your needs, Raja's probably has something that will work for you.

From the moment I walked in, the woman (Jamie) behind the counter was unfriendly and unwilling to help, simply stating that the store policy of "no refunds or exchanges" was posted all around the store. "But... you sold me a product that does not work. I can't have the same thing in exchange - but one that is functioning properly?" "No. We do not open the package of every product we sell and test it to make sure it works so I cannot offer you a replacement for this item." WTF? Before posting this review, I reached out to the email address on their website to give the management a chance to make things right. I received no response.
