I had some questions, bobbling with my phone trying to look things up when I heard a voice from the register that turned out to be "Faye." Within 10-seconds I was in a totally normal conversation talking to Faye about things I wouldn't normally be talking to most of the ppl I know well in my life. Lol. But that's what better than good customer service produces, special customer service! Incredibly helpful with exactly what I was looking for and even came up with an idea that would make what I was planning on buying even better! Their idea went perfectly with it and worked out great! I felt like I could've asked Faye anything and they would've known exactly where to find it, everything about it, and even had some friendly suggestions that actually made sense. This is seriously how every store I shop in should provide service to their customers. Not over-bearing but making sure you're aware that they're there and happy to help if you have any questions. Really happy with my shopping experience, thanks Faye!

The store is clean, open on the later side, and stocked with a little bit of everything. I stopped in a couple of weeks ago for a replacement vaporizer battery, and the owner recommended one for me based on the one I was currently using that I did like a lot. Unfortunately, either the battery or charger was defective, and I was unable to get it to take a charge after the initial power rundown. I brought it back to shop the following week, and the owner took a few minutes to open up a couple packages and try different chargers and batteries to see where the problem might be. He didn't have any more of the brand that I had purchased, but did give me another battery and charger anyhow. I appreciate him swapping it out and making it right for me. The shop also carries e-cig liquid, vaporizer batteries and chargers, glass pieces and hookahs, rolling papers, Backwoods, etc. Whatever your needs, Raja's probably has something that will work for you.

"But... you sold me a product that does not work. I can't have the same thing in exchange - but one that is functioning properly?" "No. We do not open the package of every product we sell and test it to make sure it works so I cannot offer you a replacement for this item." WTF? Before posting this review, I reached out to the email address on their website to give the management a chance to make things right. I received no response.

They have a huge variety of liquids ranging anywhere in price I've seen from $4-$15 for a 15 ml bottle. Dutch Boi, which I believe is there own in-house brand of juice, is one of my favorite brands. It's quality stuff. They also have no name juices around $4 and $5 bucks each. Bring your battery, because they have a sample station where you can try out practically any flavor they sell before buying it. I've never seen any other vapor shop do this. It's a nice touch because a few times I thought I would enjoy a certain flavor, only to try it and change my mind. Another thing to note is that the service is fantastic. The guys that run the place are polite, helpful and informative. A few times I've asked for their recommendations on an e-juice, and they've been more than happy to stop what they're doing to help. I've only purchased juice here so far, so I can't comment on their mods/vaporizers for sale yet, but I'm sure I'll be buying one down the road from them. They're also finishing work on a lounge they're putting in the shop with couches and a flat screen TV. It will definitely be a very nice addition when finished. If you vape and are in the area, I definitely recommend stopping in here. You won't feel rushed, and you'll get what you need.
