The store is clean, open on the later side, and stocked with a little bit of everything. I stopped in a couple of weeks ago for a replacement vaporizer battery, and the owner recommended one for me based on the one I was currently using that I did like a lot. Unfortunately, either the battery or charger was defective, and I was unable to get it to take a charge after the initial power rundown. I brought it back to shop the following week, and the owner took a few minutes to open up a couple packages and try different chargers and batteries to see where the problem might be. He didn't have any more of the brand that I had purchased, but did give me another battery and charger anyhow. I appreciate him swapping it out and making it right for me. The shop also carries e-cig liquid, vaporizer batteries and chargers, glass pieces and hookahs, rolling papers, Backwoods, etc. Whatever your needs, Raja's probably has something that will work for you. read more

If you value integrity in a business I would not suggest going here. I bought a $20 Vape battery which did no work/hold a charge. I brought it back two days later. From the moment I walked in, the woman (Jamie) behind the counter was unfriendly and unwilling to help, simply stating that the store policy of "no refunds or exchanges" was posted all around the store. "But... you sold me a product that does not work. I can't have the same thing in exchange - but one that is functioning properly?" "No. We do not open the package of every product we sell and test it to make sure it works so I cannot offer you a replacement for this item." WTF? I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere for your vape needs! I'll make a long, back and forth story real short! I went in 3 separate times 2 days apart from each other and was charged 3 different prices every time I went in even though the sticker was marked a lower price. ALL 3 packages of STIQ's were expired. I called and talked and to Savanah who tried her best to help me with an exchange and refund but she is a manager in another store. She was the only one who would return my calls. I spoke with Raja (owner) who said go to store and Jaime (I believe her name was) would help me. I went down and she refused to help me! worst vape store experience in 5 years of vaping. I calmly asked the manager to give me a refund on a vape that was dysfunctional out of the box. 80 bucks. She kept talking about how the store policy was to not allow any returns or refunds. This is insane, especially coming from the woman who makes the rules there. She told me to contact the manufacturer, which is not the onus of a customer. I lost 80 bucks because that cruel and unkind woman wouldn't listen to me or respect me. I know two other fantastic vape shops in town, so my business is lost. People, please be smart. If you buy a device, test it on the spot.
