I will always prioritize buying local--especially from women-owned businesses--but this experience…read morehas been a real disappointment. I was never made aware of the high taxes on purchases, the round-up system, or the fact that I wouldn't receive my change. Originally, my purchase was supposed to be $24, but when I got home and checked my spending, I saw I was charged $33. When I contacted management to request a breakdown of the $9 increase, I was finally informed about all the additional fees. I also brought up that I never received my change after the purchase. The manager even acknowledged that the security camera footage showed I was telling the truth--yet she hung up on me mid-conversation and never called back. Neither the issue nor the confusion was ever resolved. I feel like I was lied to and stolen from. The Heritage Club has to improve its professionalism and transparency if it wants to survive as a dispensary. I hope they do--but I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this place to absolutely anyone in my community.

It's a really cool, old style shop. As it should be since it opened in 1870. One bit of information I had missed was Edgar Allen Poe was born in the apartment over the shop and continued to visit his mother there throughout her life. The city erected a statue out front but what caught my fancy was the tamper set commissioned by the shop to celebrate their famous neighbor. I also picked up a couple of their in house blended tobaccos. Was a super nice visit with Todd and I think it was Neal who were very helpful. Well worth the time to go by.

I've been going to you guys for about 6 months now ordering faithfully and every time I go online theres something wrong with THE VIP STATUS unlike other places who actually have a list of ongoing things when you purchase. You guys seems to always say the same thing It's being worked on or , idk what's going on. These excuses can only be listened to for so long I have a family member who works in dispensaries and they have already hipped me to the lies the dispensary tells them to get them to come back in the store. (yes they were also confronted on that) . Why the fuck am I going to keep buying from you guys when you're liars. I can deal with the prices and things not being in stock all the time. The switch around of deals. Those are fine. But why should I continue to go to you guys when the Dispensary on Dudley street actually has a list of items you can purchase after spending so much money. Please fix this B.S.and STOP TELLING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO SIGN UP WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE A LOYALTY PROGRAM Might I add just in case anyone was wondering YES I did sign up and yes I spoke to someone in the store who Verified my birthday and then said oh your already signed up.

So here's the basic breakdown:…read more Weed quality - Eh, just okay absolutely nothing special other than STRANGERS BOOGERS. Price - stale shake priced like flower. Vibe - soulless corporation trying to pass itself off as a vibrant/chill community hub. Think your dad just, like as in today, just started saying 67s all the time. Customer service - both men I've interacted were good at being rude\aggressive and BAD at doing their job. To Eric, I tried your business again today after not having been since shortly after this location opened. I had a terrible experience then. My experience today was worse. Nationally the range it costs to acquire new customers (CAC) for dispensaries is $20-60 (thanks google). You're throwing that away if the simple things like customer service and product quality aren't also invested in. Ive given you two chances and your team spectacularly botched both. 100% of the times I've tried your business the staff was disorganized; your que management and respecting the order customers arrived in is nonexistent (both Medical and Recreational). I don't know if the staff is being told which "Deli" strand to push or the staff just generally doesn't know their weed but I saw two customers ahead of me describe very different desired "highs" and get sold the exact same MORE expensive strain than what they asked for. So which staffer was correct Eric? Lastly your spot is the SLOWEST I've ever been to. The whole sales model is absurd. You're selling this as "freshness"...must be why you see bakers open the oven 20x an hour to smell the cookies while they bake. SMH. How this actually works is every time you open that container the product is less fresh and it's now got yet another random strangers nose 6 inches from the substance I'm about to ingest. Would you do this with any other product? Imagine walking into a store and buying the bottle of perfume that's been sprayed and used the most or ordering the food off of someone else's plate at a restaurant because they seemed to like the way it smelled. This community deserves a better weed shop. I bought a little so as to leave as inawkwardly as possible and then just went to my regular spot for the rest of my weekly order.
