This review is solely based on being played and being made to feel like an idiot. Please tell me you guys aren't lying about signing people up for the VIP status. I've been going to you guys for about 6 months now ordering faithfully and every time I go online theres something wrong with THE VIP STATUS unlike other places who actually have a list of ongoing things when you purchase. You guys seems to always say the same thing It's being worked on or , idk what's going on. These excuses can only be listened to for so long I have a family member who works in dispensaries and they have already hipped me to the lies the dispensary tells them to get them to come back in the store. (yes they were also confronted on that) . Why the fuck am I going to keep buying from you guys when you're liars. I can deal with the prices and things not being in stock all the time. But why should I continue to go to you guys when the Dispensary on Dudley street actually has a list of items you can purchase after spending so much money. The staff may seem friendly but I just called to inquire about their loyalty program and whoever answered the phone could not even explain their own program to me. I asked questions such as how many points do I get per dollar and how many points do I need to accumulate to purchase something. And you couldn't even answer that simple question so product knowledge should be a coaching opportunity for him. Because at the other dispensaries if I ask about the reward system they can tell me right away so because of that I did not go there today and I will not spend my money there. As a tourist to the USA. They will not accept any other forms of ID, has to be a US ID. So if you are of age and visiting this country, stay clear of this establishment. Although I've frequented this shop on multiple occasions. The last time I was neglected because of my foreign ID which shows I'm 37 yrs of age. Also did not want to accept my MA issued drivers permit. Hate that this is happening locally by minorities. Sad. read more
