This was my first stop after landing in Boston!!' What a bad ass smoke shop! I love the separate rooms and counters. I have never seen a dispensary like this anywhere else in my life. They even have an art exhibit here. Way, way cool shop! It is directly across from Fenway Park too! You can go see the park, or if you are lucky, you can go see a game, and eat ball park food thill you bust, all while high as a rat!! That is a good time in my book. There are many bud tenders available at the different stations. It looks like they sell different stuff at each station but I am not sure. Ours was not only friendly and knowledgeable,, but also smoking hot as well. I think my wife thought so too. Tehehe The prices were in line with what I am used to in flower. The edibles seem weaker than I am used to though, with my med card at home. We had to buy a pipe too since we had just landed in Boston. We got some Jet Fuel flower and it was phenomenal. It was much better than what we got in MA later in the week and I believe it was as good as any week I have ever had. C got some Wyld pear gummies that she loves for the taste. New Dia was an overall tremendous experience. Willie hooked it up...great service would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

I don't know how any other dispensary in Boston can keep up but this is the absolute best one I've ever been to. This dispensary takes the hey, yes it's kind of expensive but it's on the inside and it's really not more expensive than any other place in Boston. And you don't get the experience of dining playing video games just hanging out and chilling. They encourage you to stay after you make your purchase just to hang out. Staff is top notch on their game and then full of enthusiasm. I don't even know how to begin to describe this place to you but it's like multiple floors huge Space Music going aesthetic is pleasing. First time at NewDia cannabis company across from the Fenway Park. Upon arrival, Kenny checked us in and gave wonderful local recommendations. (Lobster Roll - Luke's Seafood) Was helped by Kevin, gave us a great introduction of a cannabis mall and what it has to offer. We were escorted by Ben taken down to the downstairs area where we were able to purchase cannabis products. They also offer pool table, corn hall and basketball amenities. We were helped by Will gave us great recommendations for cannabis products. Ended up getting the permanent marker, ghost milk, and green monster strains. Deceptive practices advertising your cannabis as thc and then getting back to my hotel and the package clearly lists THCa and not THC. Even better, even though the package was not opened, they refused to take back their bunk weed because we had left the store. What a lame store and a scam. read more

i would say that they have decent prices considering it's boston, and the selection is there. if i came here enough, i would participate in their rewards program which seems like it could be very useful for regular customers. i got fernway prerolls which are delicious, and they were $35 for three 1g joints. the cashier was soft spoken yet nice, and the greeters were friendly yet a little pushy about us leaving a google review. what i wonder is what all of the games within the dispensary are for such as a mini basketball hoop and a blazy susan booth, but it would be cool for a local to find out! read more

Subject: UNSAFE & RISK TO PERSONAL INFORMATION It has now been over two months since I first submitted my complaint regarding Rodney, yet the matter remains unresolved. I must emphasize that Rodney's version of events does not align with the facts or with my experience. His account is misleading, omits critical details, and raises serious concerns about accuracy, safety and accountability. The troubling reality is that a higher-level staff member--Rodney--is not only reviewing and surveilling customers' personal information, but also making inappropriate and offensive judgments by labeling certain customers as "provocative" based on their attire. Most troubling, when I raised my concerns on June 11, 2025, Rodney attempted to disparage my attire as "promiscuous" while I was reporting my complaint. This was deeply inappropriate and unprofessional. Only after significant pushback from shift supervisor Hunter did Rodney take minimal steps to review the CCTV surveillance from June 10, 2025. Even then, he did so while I remained on hold in silence, rather than addressing my complaint with professionalism and transparency. In essence, Rodney investigated himself--an approach that is never fair, impartial, or favorable to any of the parties involved. Given these circumstances, I am no longer comfortable engaging with New Dia or Rodney directly. His shifting narrative and refusal to acknowledge what occurred on June 10, June 11, and June 14, 2025 undermine trust and only compound the original harm. If his conduct was entirely professional, there would be no reason for misrepresentation. My complaint was never addressed by a higher-level manager or corporate representative who is not the subject of the complaint. Preservation of Records including CCTV footage was not preserved immediately to ensure accuracy and accountability. there was no Customer Care or Greater care taken to protect and respect all customers. for over two months I have sought a fair and transparent resolution, and still the safety concerns has not been taken seriously or reviewed at a higher level. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! ESPECIALLY COLLEGE STIDENTS...THE LATE NGHT OPEN IS AN OPEN TRAP FOR THE VULNERABLE!!! read more
