I've never been to a cannabis dispensary in Massachusetts, so I decided to check this place out…read more Coming from Florida, this concept is really new to me; it's a like a new era, almost like the end of the alcohol prohibition back in the day. Walking in, I waited in a short line to check in; they scan your ID and buzz you in. The place was cleanand organized. I was greeted by a person giving out free cookies (which were delicious). I was helped out immediately by a sales associate and she showed me the kiosk to look for products to order. The whole process was quick and easy. The place was bustling since it's right on the busy Newbury St. Also a big plus is, this place is owned by BIPOC (black, indigenous, and other people there of color).

So here's the basic breakdown:…read more Weed quality - Eh, just okay absolutely nothing special other than STRANGERS BOOGERS. Price - stale shake priced like flower. Vibe - soulless corporation trying to pass itself off as a vibrant/chill community hub. Think your dad just, like as in today, just started saying 67s all the time. Customer service - both men I've interacted were good at being rude\aggressive and BAD at doing their job. To Eric, I tried your business again today after not having been since shortly after this location opened. I had a terrible experience then. My experience today was worse. Nationally the range it costs to acquire new customers (CAC) for dispensaries is $20-60 (thanks google). You're throwing that away if the simple things like customer service and product quality aren't also invested in. Ive given you two chances and your team spectacularly botched both. 100% of the times I've tried your business the staff was disorganized; your que management and respecting the order customers arrived in is nonexistent (both Medical and Recreational). I don't know if the staff is being told which "Deli" strand to push or the staff just generally doesn't know their weed but I saw two customers ahead of me describe very different desired "highs" and get sold the exact same MORE expensive strain than what they asked for. So which staffer was correct Eric? Lastly your spot is the SLOWEST I've ever been to. The whole sales model is absurd. You're selling this as "freshness"...must be why you see bakers open the oven 20x an hour to smell the cookies while they bake. SMH. How this actually works is every time you open that container the product is less fresh and it's now got yet another random strangers nose 6 inches from the substance I'm about to ingest. Would you do this with any other product? Imagine walking into a store and buying the bottle of perfume that's been sprayed and used the most or ordering the food off of someone else's plate at a restaurant because they seemed to like the way it smelled. This community deserves a better weed shop. I bought a little so as to leave as inawkwardly as possible and then just went to my regular spot for the rest of my weekly order. Before we were even allowed entry to the store we had to show I.D to prove our age. If you can't do that you wouldn't even know what's inside. Once inside we were very impressed with the products on offer although almost overwhelmed with the possibilities. We had a rough idea what we wanted (far too much but you're not going to a buffet for the salad) and were taken care of by the awesome Rashaun (hope I've spelled that right, thanks dude). It was as easy and straightforward as buying bread and milk, exactly as it should be. The quality was outstanding, very happy with the prices and the service. I should review you twice so that I can give you ten stars.

I can't give Ethos a five star review because I find that the front desk can be standoffish at times. I've had occasions where the front desk won't reciprocate a greeting and act annoyed about looking you up. I don't take it personally, but first encounters are significant in a business transaction. Please act grateful that you have customers keeping your business running. It's very important that you don't make medical users feel intimidated or unwelcome. Please be warmer to those who come into the establishment. Remember there are plenty of other dispensaries we can visit.

They even have an art exhibit here. Way, way cool shop! It is directly across from Fenway Park too! You can go see the park, or if you are lucky, you can go see a game, and eat ball park food thill you bust, all while high as a rat!! That is a good time in my book. There are many bud tenders available at the different stations. It looks like they sell different stuff at each station but I am not sure. Ours was not only friendly and knowledgeable,, but also smoking hot as well. I think my wife thought so too. Tehehe The prices were in line with what I am used to in flower. The edibles seem weaker than I am used to though, with my med card at home. We had to buy a pipe too since we had just landed in Boston. We got some Jet Fuel flower and it was phenomenal. It was much better than what we got in MA later in the week and I believe it was as good as any week I have ever had. C got some Wyld pear gummies that she loves for the taste. I would have to eat the whole 100 mg jar to feel them though. Tolerance is a bitch! I wish for the opportunity to make it back here soon!! You gotta stay fly..... '25 - 109/111
