They're easily accessible from the south side of 1A heading into Boston proper. They have a ramp and stairs into the entrance. You must provide your ID before entering the actual dispensary and they have cash machines both right outside and immediately inside for convenience. I believe they also use your debit card at the counter like you would an ATM but don't quote me on that. I like how they have things set up so you can easily identify what you're in search of and what they have available. There are ALWAYS specials going on so make sure you read the little card or ask your budtender. There are lines set up to separate from medical, recreational, or pre-order pickups. Even when it's busy the lines move fast. I have worked with several different budtenders onsite and they're all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Like I said above, I only do consumables rather than smokeables. They have a huge selection of gummies, chocolates, candies and drinks. Prices in MA are much higher than WA where I'm from, but they deliver a good product. I even bought some wedding favors from them. Guests loved the thoughtfulness!

I used to have nothing but great things to say about Harbor House. Around 2023 I stumbled across…read moretheir Dayglow live rosin vape cartridges and wow- they were the absolute best tasting and most potent vape carts I have ever had. Not just the best vape product- but possibly the best THC product, including flower, that I had ever had. They were amazing. A friend and I would drive from New York to Massachusetts just to get their amazing live rosin carts. The Dayglow was the best one but the GMO, Super Boof and Garlic Drip were all delicious too. Then around early 2025, I noticed that the GMO and Super Boof live rosin carts (couldn't find any Dayglow anywhere) started tasting awful and not hitting right after only about 2-3 hits after opening. Around mid 2025 I found a spot that had new Dayglow live rosin carts and I was stoked! Bought a bunch of them! Get back to New York only to find that not only do these have the same problem where they start to taste like plastic and not hit well after 2-3 hits... but these didn't taste remotely like the original Dayglow carts I had gotten in 2023 on the FIRST hit.. I contacted Harbor House through their website message submit page detailing what I just told you. It's built in to their website and you just attach your email, but send it through their system- so there is no "sent message" from my end. This will be relevant momentarily and I will come back to this. Weeks went by and they never responded to the message. I called up a few times and eventually got in contact with someone at Harbor House. I told them about the message I had sent and then described everything that had happened once again. The guy was cool and told me to bring the carts into the flagship store in Boston and they will make it right. Awesome! I thanked him and told him I wasn't sure when I would be in since I live in New York, but he said it was cool and he was making a note of it. I do a little searching online and Reddit and discover that there is a KNOWN issue with the 2024-2025 Harbor House cartridge hardware and HUNDREDS of threads of users reporting the same things as me. Not only that but I learned that Harbor House had lost their head "concentrate maker"- the guy responsible for that incredible 2023 Dayglow live rosin. It all started making sense. And it was a massive disappointment to learn that my favorite THC company was going downhill fast. A month or so later I make the trip all the way into the Harbor House store in Boston from NY. Bring in all the bum carts and all the receipts from the dispensaries I purchased them from. Tell the gentleman there everything that's going on and about the message I sent and the conversation I had over the phone. He says he needs to call his manager and look into some things and goes in the back for about 5-10 minutes. He comes back out and says he has no record of my message. He asks what the name of the guy I spoke with on the phone was.. I forgot. He asks to see the "sent email" I sent.. really? So now is where the "no sent email" thing come in to play. Are they serious? I explain how the message is sent through their own website and there is no sent email on my end... He seems confused by that. But he is not entirely unhelpful- he seems to want to help but his hands are tied. He admits that Harbor House RECALLED NUMEROUS CARTRIDGES DUE TO HARDWARE FAILURES..but he then tells me they CAN NOT take back any cartridges.... What? I stay calm and polite and just try to reason with him. Like come on- I have all the receipts here.. and the FULL carts and their packaging indicating they are from the RECALLED dates line of carts.. $50 off of a $100 purchase is the best he can do for me he says. This is for my $500 worth of malfunctioning, full carts.. dating to the recalled line... Wow. What a spit in the face. Really disappointing. A once great company with amazing product. Doesn't stand behind it anymore. No attempt to make it right for their defective product. They say they are using new hardware in the cartridges now so I bought a new one jsut to try it out. The hardware seems to work better and not get clogged.. but the taste and potency are nothing like what it once was. Tastes just like any generic, flavorless live rosin. In addition to the stark lack of terpenes they also have a slight burnt plastic taste still. Their flower seems to be hit or miss. Not bad looking buds, in fact usually pretty nice looking- but almost always dry and flavorless. Bummer.
