Great place, good people, good products. Not sure why they are going out of business but I wish they weren't. read more

If you're looking for rudely, smug customer service, you've come to the right place. I'm used to friendly people who like their jobs at these establishments. Unluckily for me, I found the only uptight weed dude on the planet to wait on me. He gave super shitty service. Hard pass to ever going there again. Luckily, they're not the only game in town. Headed over to Goods to finish my purchase. read more

One of the managers, Mike, was super helpful and knowledgeable . Definitely recommend this place.

Went on a noon on a Monday. Best weed buying experience I've had yet, the guy JayZ behind the counter was a riot and a great salesman as well. Will definitely be going back. read more

Might go to dispensary since they opened. Sometimes you go somewhere and you feel like a customer and it a client. I've been going here since they opened and the Ruslan always remembers me and is super friendly. High quality product and high quality service. read more

5/5 for Rec. 0/5 for Medical and the staff that work there. I used to be a recreational buyer. I bought a medical card and went to their medical department. Night and day difference. The staff in the medical facility are all poorly trained in customer service. It's such a bad vibe. Two visits and I hate it there. No one smiles, no one talks to you, the bud tenders always seem like they can't wait for you to leave. They advertise specials but it's members only and you cannot buy a membership anymore. Wtf? Recreational staff is amazing and I love going there. I'm never going to the medical facility there and will drive to Chelsea to go to Hrabor House from now on. read more

Went there on saturday had a delivery scheduled but they cancelled due to the snow. From the moment I got there I was greated with hostility and really bad customer service. Did I mention this was medical. The manager came out Aaron and proceeded to be rude, and very unprofessionl. At this point they were really scaring me and I was having an anxiety attack. They were clueless so he got worse. Most managers try to deescalate he was postively gleeful. He told me while I was trying to breath that unless I turned around and looked him in the eye he was not going to wait on me because I was not polite. This i his customer service for a 70 year old woman, bullying and he did it in front of every one. read more

Been going to rev clinics medical in Somerville for a few years now, and have nothing but good things to say. Every employee I've ever interacted with has always been super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and especially welcoming. I know there are a lot of dispos in the area now but I don't really have much interest in checking others out, they are that awesome!! My man Ruslan is especially cool, and honestly felt like he was an old friend even when I first met him. Can't recommend this place enough. read more

I went to Revolutionary Clinics yesterday and a lovely gentleman named David assisted me with my purchase. I am new to the area and to smoking so I had never been to this dispensary before and wasn't too certain of what I wanted to get. David was able to walk me through their selection and how each type would benefit me in different ways. I was there for quite some time and David was so patient and made sure I did not feel rushed. I was so happy with my experience, I will definitely be returning! I also had a great time with my purchases!! LOL :D read more

Best dispensary around They gave me the best knowledge and allowed me to take my time read more

Showed up without knowing you needed to order ahead as it was my first time here. Staff was super courteous and patient with me. Kevin and Sabrina helped so much with their knowledge on the different strands. Variety and prices are great!!!! Definitely recommend and going back. read more

Been coming here like twice a year because always seems to have quality issues with Massachusetts; besides the fact. I went by and got a cart and once I got home (half hour drive) I realized the cart didn't work. Called them up and said they'd switch it; no problem. Drive back, another half hour. Well once I was actually in the store, much different story. I was greeted at the door and told them I was there to swap out the defunct product and the door lady was extremely uncomfortable for some reason? Finally let me in and I told the cashier I already spoke on the phone about getting it replaced and he knew nothing of what I was talking about. So they asked to see the cart, to my surprise started testing it in front of me on batteries and told me "it's reading fine on their so it isn't broken and they can't do anything about it" I have three separate batteries & none of them would hit this cart but also read it was on the pen. I told them the issue is no vapor would come out, not that it wasn't being connected. The manager then made me connect it to my battery and asked me to hit the cart IN STORE and I refused because I assumed they'd then kick me out for public intoxication. After back & forth with their manager for about an HOUR; they offered me a credit when by that point I didn't want to touch a product from their storefront. Will not be back & recommend you do the same. Not sure of the managers name but he's some snarky guy with glasses who knows he's selling boof. I could find better products on the bottom of a farmers boot. Also their (bubble hash) tastes like tea & doesnt even remotely get me medicated! read more

I loved this place until I had two very unpleasant deliveries with the same guy. He claims to keep calling my number but I never get his calls. The last time he just left before I got my product and the most recent time he kind of came barging upstairs to my apartment door. (Aren't the deliveries supposed to happen outside during the pandemic?) He was extremely accusatory and aggro when I finally came to the door. He said he called me 14 times. Why wouldn't you just call the office after the first three times? We've all heard that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, right? The products are great- I really enjoy them. But I just can't get over a delivery dude practically breaking down my door because of a technical issue which was not at all my fault. Dude should chill out and be more patient- he is delivering to weed patients after all. Anyway I called and they offered me some "points" but I decided that I won't be going back there. I also wrote an email to them which they have yet to respond to. You can find comparable products somewhere else with much nicer and way more efficient customer service. I would look elsewhere if I were you. read more

Love love this place !!!! Great prices , great atmosphere, and amazing customer service. Please keep up the Pre roll demands and keep getting more of the plastic to go bags .. I also love their point system and did I mention the great customer service Viva 420 and Tacos read more

Update: Started the day the same as yesterday but thankfully the end result was much better. Tried to place a delivery order but ran into the same problem as yesterday. The site wasn't accepting orders. So I placed a pick up order with a note attached requesting it as a delivery instead. Wasn't expecting much considering my experience yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised. I got a call from Gabby a little while later explaining that the site was down and probably would stay down until they caught up with 72+ orders dating from Friday. She offered to take down my order by phone and promised to submit it as soon as the system was back up. Hopefully the order would be delivered by Tuesday at the latest. Much appreciated. Thankfully, as I was talking to Gabby, I was also on the site and noticed that the Delivery option had appeared. I told her that I wanted to give it a shot and she agreed it might be worth it. I told her I would call her back if necessary. It worked. Awesome. I got a confirmation text. It gets better. I got a call with great news. Rev was going to be able to deliver today. My order was delivered by 12:30pm. Beyond satisfied. I even got a call soon afterwards from Justin wanting to double check if the order was correct. It was. Really appreciate the time and effort put in by Gabby and Justin. Really felt like they were committed to my satisfaction. Not sure if they read my last review but either way it was a good course correction. I hope they keep up the communication and attention to detail. read more

While the inventory here is less varied than other dispensaries I've visited, RevClinics is my go-to. I'm "rev access card" holder, which is a no brainer because it pays for itself. For $99/year you get free delivery, a free gram of flower every month, and other community discounts. Highly recommend! The platform that they use for online orders, Dutchie, isn't compatible with their POS system, so it doesn't reflect any offers or discounts in your total which can be frustrating when you're trying to make sure you're over the $100 delivery minimum. The customer service is really great here, whether you visit the dispensary itself or order delivery. I would recommend revolutionary clinics! read more

Great shop! Ruslan was super helpful and informative. They have a great rewards program and lots of options to choose from here. Check them out! read more

Sinaed, Ruslan, and Jill are an absolutely joy. Professional, warm, knowledgeable. Total asset to the company and the industry.

This is my go to dispensary. Not only is it super professional but they do a great job of making you feel comfortable. After you check in you are welcome to a cup of tea, comfy couches and friendly conversation. When it's your turn to shop the associates are super helpful! They are so knowledgable about the product. And as far as the product itself goes it's always high quality and packaged beautifully. They also have a great rewards program that will have you being loyal because it pays off! 5 stars for Rev Clinics!! read more

I look forward to the customer service (Jill !!!) just as much as I look forward to their menu. It's so refreshing to be welcomed and treated as nicely as it is at their Somerville location. In-and-out, and never an issue. Very consistent!! read more

First, this location doesn't look like what you would expect. When I got there I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who made me feel so comfortable. Upon entering the clinic, I felt more like I was entering a spa! The layout is gorgeous and very pleasing, and there are many different educational items throughout the space. In addition to the mindful setup, the modern and sleek transaction area makes for a very easy and pleasing transaction. Plus, the staff is AMAZING! Immediately upon entering a beautiful (inside and out) and lovely woman made me feel at home. I needed the restroom, I needed to charge my device, and I needed a minute to read the menu and I was so relaxed and at ease. The staff is very knowledgeable and mindful. Each time I was given information but never persuaded to get something I don't need. I could go on, but the bottom line is that this location is far superior to what I expected, and I had great expectations. read more

I love the Somerville location. I like that it is for medical marijuana and not recreational. I do wish they had a bit more of a selection of edibles - or a more consistent menu. The employees here ROCK!!! They know everything , are super helpful and always fun and nice. read more

This is the third and last time. I don't know who how they price their product, when you pay $50 for 3.5 g of cannabis you expect to receive a decent result, these products they have there it's like coming out of the 70s and mine Mexican Brown dirt weed read more

By far the worst medical dispensary in/around Somerville. Awful customer service, not accommodating. There's either no line and you can't get in 10 minutes early or the line is down the street and you're waiting for 15+ minutes outside in line. Yikes. read more

This is the fastest, nicest, most professional medical dispensary in the area. As a new medical card holder, I feel like all of my questions have been answered without a scoff and the new customer deal is too good to pass up! read more

Great service! Clean, efficient and friendly staff! I always enjoy my experience there!

My favorite place! I was helped by Jen who I am writing this review for because when I say "helped by" I mean actually helped. She was very patient with me and all my question asking and was extremely nice, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again Jen! Also as a side note, this place definitely has the most quality stuff, especially their actual brand because I've gotten other brands from here before and Revs is still the best in my opinion. I've also compared a couple of the exact same strains from other dispensaries vs Revs & Revs is by far better quality and usually slightly less expensive!! Incredible! This is pretty much my only dispensary I go to because I also love the points system and rewards they give for new patients and recertification. Very generous!! Thanks! read more

Drove like and hour to place, payed for parking. Nowhere ever is stated it is a medical only. Should be advertised.

Great selection. Professional service. Always helpful and polite. Eve during Covid they made things work.

Even though Lowell is my backyard,we go here more often. Only thing i would change would be promotions that are only geared at new patients.I just spent $300 and was told the huge stack of rolling papers i was looking at was only for newbies! Not for sale either? Now let me go smoke to chill :) still the best place to go(aside from Vegas) read more

Super cool place with wicked (yes Wicked) smat staff! Check them out. They're going to be bringing in some local treats towards the Xmas season so keep an eye out. Could be your new "go to" too. read more

Everyone knows that RevClinics is that spot. Rasta is amazing. The space is amazing. The product & efficiency is amazing. Now, what's not amazing is how they got their security in the elements. It was 525,600 degrees the other day & my guy was out in that sun- keeping the perimeter secure. As you guys continue to be my all time fave- how can y'all do better for the folks outside? read more

This place has the worst staff and a very poor selection of goods.. go anywhere but here! Best flower I've had. Always pleasant! Love this dispensary. Thank you for always being helpful.

By far my fav dispenary in the Boston area but it's the staff tat keeps me coming back. Always so friendly, full of energy and passionate about their bud. They also take the time to thoroughly give you tips on anything new that you might want to try. My guy Ruslan is the man! I signed up for the annual membership after 2 visits... I'd highly recommend! read more

I am so happy to have found this place. Great product, great staff and very clean!!!! Plus for first time patients they give you a $200 coupon, what a deal!!!!! I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been to every dispensary within a 30 mile radius, and this place really treats their patients with the utmost respect. The bud tenders know the product and are willing to take the time to explain it. There is never a wait and parking on site. This is a no brainer! read more
