I've been going here for some time for convenience. It's that close. I will probably continue to go because if you carefully scan prices, there are good deals.
But in addition to what other people said - the staff can't answer simple questions (I've gotten multiple conflicting answers to the same question across visits) - the website is abominable when it come sto telling you what you are actually getting with many of the edibles.
Example 1.
https://www.gardenremedies.com/melroserec?dtche%5Bproduct%5D=daily-drops-sunrise-punch-50ml
It's listed as being 4.79mg THC and 0.1 mg CBD. Being used to their website, I recognize this as the per-dose info. Guess what is missing: a statement of what a dose even is, and a statement about the total amount of cannaboids in the vial. This is tincture, people.
That latter is what I need. They tell you it's 50ml. So they need to tell you the total amount of THC, so you can figure out the dose per-ML and-per-portion of ML
You have to schlep over to here: https://www.treeworksma.com/dailydrops
Do that and you find out that in the 50ml vial, there is 500mg THC and 100mg CBG. FINALLY! Now, it becomes obvious that there's 10mg per ml, and you can calculate your dose exactly.
What else? you can judge the price per mg. Another hidden fact. (I don't know about the rest of you, but I care about per-mg price when it comes to edibles....oh yes, and knowing exactly what it is I'm taking).
This kind of confusion goes for all their tinctures.
Whaddabout edibles?
https://www.gardenremedies.com/melroserec?dtche%5Bproduct%5D=new-mango-punch-sativa
They say "TAC: 15.48mg THC: 9.36mg CBD 1.53mg". That's their usual per-dose statement.
Except the rest of the information contradicts it: "This bag contains 20 gourmet cannabis gummies. Standard Dose: Each gummy contains approx. 5mg TAC, for a total of approx. 90-110mg. "
Confusing, right? Maybe this is one product they consider two gummies rather one to be the dose, since then there wouldn't be a contradiction, but they don't say it. And they usually consider one gummy or one marked piece of a chocolate bar, etc, one dose.
OK ok. One more.
https://www.gardenremedies.com/melroserec?dtche%5Bproduct%5D=hard-shell-chocolates-chill-rso-indica-80-pack-100mg
It says it's an 80-pack. It says "100mg". But their dosage info says: "TAC:5.66mg THC:5.44mg".
obviously, that can't be per-chocolate. If it's 100mg total in an 80-pack, it's 1.25mg per piece. THAT is the information you want.
Why make the customer do all the work?
___________
I mean...these people used to sell for $30 their own tincture, which varied between 380mg and 450mg per ~28 ml bottle. Great price. But their website at the time would have had you believe that the there were about 50 doses of ~3.5mg in each bottle. I wish I had a screenshot. Asking them via website or in person didn't help. I had to demand to see the package the tincture came in, then do a little quick math in my head.
I want to like this place, especially since it's so close. But really. Clean up the act! Make your website easily understandable without your customers having to go investigate.
If a 50ml bottle of tincture has 500mg THC total in it, SAY THAT. Please. read more
