I was told I was supposed to be receiving back cash for a transaction fee with every debit purchase. To me, this means that every other cashier was dishonest and simply pocketed the money as a tip. As this didnt happen in front of my face I assume at the end of the night whatever the register is "over" the closing employees split amongst themselves. This being the case I cannot recommend this place and it ruins what otherwise would be a decent experience. I cant stop thinking about how much money in "tips" these employees are skimming from their employees. $3 every transaction adds up quick. I am very angry and this is a bad look for the marijuana community as a whole. I wonder how deep this goes, seems like an insane way to do business when the product is federally illegal as it is and the future of the entire industry is constantly in limbo. Guess I'll be going to one of the other 10 dispensaries within a 5 mile radius. Oh well. Maybe i'll call BBB as well.
