I was never made aware of the high taxes on purchases, the round-up system, or the fact that I wouldn't receive my change. Originally, my purchase was supposed to be $24, but when I got home and checked my spending, I saw I was charged $33. When I contacted management to request a breakdown of the $9 increase, I was finally informed about all the additional fees. I also brought up that I never received my change after the purchase. The manager even acknowledged that the security camera footage showed I was telling the truth--yet she hung up on me mid-conversation and never called back. Neither the issue nor the confusion was ever resolved. I feel like I was lied to and stolen from. The Heritage Club has to improve its professionalism and transparency if it wants to survive as a dispensary. I hope they do--but I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this place to absolutely anyone in my community.

I've had occasions where the front desk won't reciprocate a greeting and act annoyed about looking you up. I don't take it personally, but first encounters are significant in a business transaction. Please act grateful that you have customers keeping your business running. It's very important that you don't make medical users feel intimidated or unwelcome.
