Its funny how one time is all it takes to have someone stop coming to your store. I went in a while ago to pick up my order. When i came out of the store into their parking lot my car window had been spit on. Nothing was seemingly done. Spitting is a serious thing with all these diseases going around. I am reluctant in going back as should anyone concerned about their own/vehicles safety be. With a plenty dispensaries within the area customer service is often more important than not doing anything. read more

Order number 66666452 Dispensary Agent: 72200 Guy who answered the phone: Bro you should not be working in customer service. Fire yourself. You lost a loyal customer. I was just hung up on by Mayflower staff after calling to inform them that they forgot to add a battery to my order that I paid for. I was told to come back into the store and they will fix the order. I explained to the staff member that I was unable to come back as I will be traveling to which he told me "too bad", blamed it on his computer system, copped an attitude with me and hung up on me after I asked to speak to a manger. I repeatedly tried to call to speak to a manger and my call was ignored. This incident took place at 14:48pm EST on 12.14.2022. I ask the management to check your call logs. At this point Mayflower has charged me for an item that they did not provide to me and has told me that they will not do anything to compensate me for this unless I physically return to the store, which I told them I was unable to do because I was traveling. Medical patients, do not come to this store, you will be treated poorly and the staff do not care. read more

The customer service here is excellent and everyone on staff is absolutely friendly. The negative review does not reflect them. The issue is corporate. It's clear that the company behind Mayflower has their heads up their asses when it comes to managing their storefronts, and I've witnessed firsthand that deals get ended mid-day because the higher ups changed their mind, and they never informed the staff. I've watched the manager call to confirm their 180° on a decision. Which is more frustrating that the staff isn't getting any communication, it feels like executives don't actually care about the staff/customer. read more

Good business cheap prices. Unfortunately had a bad encounter today. They messed up my order and continued to blame it on me .. you guys can laugh about it but the way you treated the customer definitely wasn't right. I appreciate the free product to make up for it but it is not very welcoming being treated poorly because of an employees mistake. I asked for two products I saw and apparently there was also another version of the product in a "littles" form which I didn't see. If anything the employee should be pointing this out. I pointed on the product and menu and told her what I wanted. I understand the policy on not exchanging items once walked out of the store , i am much more upset about the other guy who I think is the manager goes on and directly tells me to my face it kind of is my fault and I am not saying the correct terms. Definitely was aggressive , this really sucks because I love this place. He went to the back and called his boss who strictly told him not to give me any exchange which I also think is crazy. But like I said how they handled it was not professional. This place stinks. Their products are junk and their staff is useless. I called and make sure they would have enough of my wife's medication before I drove all the way over there (1 hour each way) and because I planned to spend 200$ and wanted to be sure there was enough so I could use her new patient discount. They told me they can't do it when I got there. Total waste of my only day off. Spent over 2 hours in the car only to have to go buy the carts from a different store. I won't bring any business to them again. I ripped up the 100$ off worth of punches on her punch card because there is a zero percent chance me or my wife will bring either of our business here. read more

Friendly if you act like a ignorant tool that's clueless with buying marijuana, otherwise u will notice some downfalls and as soon as u complain about something they turn rude and just hate you. Like they will HATE you. They will no longer be friendly but they just try to get you out of their way. Money is all they see you as. No sense of diversity/community. I stopped coming, only have my caregiver pick up some last resort bud as it was the only good thing they had but they hate poor patients enough they increased the price by $10($35-$45) just by adding rolling papers. Oh and they will use every excuse in the book to prove they are always right. Problem with all these dispensaries tbh. read more

This place is usually very good with the products themselves, but today I got a cartridge that was just a little over half full. I know there needs to be a little room when filling them so it doesn't overflow with the cap on, but I definitely didn't get my full $42 worth this time. A little disappointed. read more

It's a decent dispo but I just had the most terrible experience, was super excited to get my first pickup after getting recertification only to be met and told that they don't have a printer and I would have to walk .5 a mile to cvs to print it out . I've been a huge fan of Mayflower and continue to be. Not only do they have one of the best names around (although other Mass dispensaries do play on our historical past [Patriot, Revolutionary]), they also have some of the best deals around. The staff are knowledgeable and kind, they never rush you and all know how we feel about cannabis. They are fans just like we are. Mayflower is also the only dispensary in the Boston area that offers affordable ounces. They routinely have $199 deals. If you aren't up for a drive to CAC in Taunton for their $109 ounce deals, wait for Mayflower because they offer great cannabis deals. Now, let's move off of flower and on to edibles. YES. Just go get them and enjoy the heck out of them. Their jelly candies are delicious and potent and work really well. I still can't handle much, so each jelly (or "pate" as they call it) gets cut in half. There isn't much I don't like about MM, and to parrot the other reviewers, their off street parking is a win. Plus - Clear Flour bakery is just down the street, so go grab a warm bread and some croissants to enjoy with your Mayflower high. read more

It's hard to review Mayflower, especially with dispensaries being fairly new to the marketplace as well as just getting footing with their inventories. I can speak only for medicinal use, but hope Mayflower fulfills their promise to broaden their selections soon.they didn't have anything I needed medical wise. The small location was bright and tidy, but the vibe was weird and awkward. For being open since June, they are sorely lacking in addressing the medical customer and have a long way to go achieving the high quality products and hip ambiance of their competitor, NETA, in nearby Brookline. The chocolate edible was weak, stale, gritty and a waste of money. The selection of flower was minimal and the marijuana cookies tasted awful. The budtenders did not seem knowledgeable beyond the basic fundamentals. Perhaps Mayflower will better serve the recreational market once that is launched. Or maybe they will step outside the chaos of an industry where only the strongest -- and those able to offer plentiful, quality products --- will survive read more

i parked in the back of the store and waited for 30 minutes. after that the parking lot attendant told me to leave because i was there for to long. he told me to go home and come back when your order is ready. after this i waited for over an hour for my weed to be packed up. and on top of that it wasnt even busy. so i dont know why or how my bud wasn't ready by the one hour mark. kinda very disappointed read more

Every staff member I have interacted with has been extremely professional, and kind. My only problem with the dispensary is the limited amount of CBD products. They only have one sativa and CDB combo of which I cannot consume. It's only comes in a smokeable version which I also cannot use. Due to cardiovascular issues smoking or vaping is not an option. I would love to see more Indica and CBD edibles combos available. Currently I have to travel quite a distance for those type of products. Hemp based products doesn't work for me. read more
