Looks like she was in a Hurry to get back to her Social Media. And when I told her next time she should give the customer the best options her response was please leave the store and that she wouldn't get in trouble because she been there at this location to long for Bluemoon to even do anything to her, Whatever that means? I just would like her to get better training. I been coming to Bluemoon for over a year now. And this was the worst service I gotten. Safehouse Vapors is a vape shop (e-cig shop) located on Main Street in Waltham, MA. Parking is…read morerelatively plentiful as there is some street parking on the front and the side as well as a lot not too far from the store. It is right next to the 24 hour Dunkin donuts if you're still unsure. The shop has a wide variety of different juices and accessories for your vape-needs. New additions to the selection are added weekly on average (don't know that for sure but every time I go in there are new juices and I go in about once a week or so.) There is seating (stools) for those who would like to lounge for a few minutes and magazines/menus for people to familiarize themselves with the products that Safehouse offers. There is a gentleman who works there that goes by the name of Joe (I think that's his name) who is very friendly and extremely well versed in anything vape related. He gave me many different suggestions for juices that were similar to my requests (for example: "I want something fruity tasting") and chimed in on what's popular, what he likes, or any other fun facts on the juice that he feels people should know. Not to mention, prices here are relatively reasonable compared to other competitors (which might be something consumers would like to know as this can run you up some money in the long run.) In conclusion, I love this place and I am a big fan. Not only have I been returning but I will continue to do so.

Its unregulated and sometimes the cans are straight up empty. Plus the manager or whoever runs the joint, like guilts the other employees and discourages them from conversing either customers, even when the discussion is about the product.
