I really enjoy Apothca and have been going here for years. I find the staff very friendly and helpful. The quality and price is fair for the area and some of the deals are too good not to be missed. Recently, they offered half ounces of R2R with papers and tips for 20$ dollars, I find that unbelievable and enjoyed the product very much. Usually, I buy an eight or a half along with a gram of kief, then I add the kief to the flower to make it extra strong. I recently purchased Flo OG and El Palderino Kief and I mixed them together and every bowl was worth it and was satisfying and medicinal. I really enjoy Golden Squirrel and Apes in Space strains, they have great local genetics which is a plus. I give Apothca a five out of five stars and am grateful they have continued to provide to the Lynn community for the last 7+ years. read more

They hid the full price of medical with a discount, which adds up to the same recreational pice, which it was never before when it was first open. Display price and price when ringed up. Put an order in, went to pick it up and they were closed (supposed to open at 11am)...waited in the lot for a few mins with another customer then left. I want to like this place, but every time I go there, I have an issue. Prices are OK, although, when they have specials they are the best prices around. This morning I went over there, asked about their mask policy, and then the rudeness started. I was dealing with an old white lady- lets call her Q-tip. She does not seem to realize that this is a customer based business, with LOTS and LOTS of competition. What I got from her was sarcasm, condescension and rudeness. Visited this location today for the second time. I am a medical patient and I received a discount card for my second visit which I was looking forward to using today on about $700 worth of product. The employee said I already used the discount, which I definitely did not as it is only my second visit and the first one is where I obtained the card for a later date - therefore making his statement impossible from my end. He told me to return tomorrow. As a customer I don't think it's acceptable that this wasn't resolved in store during my current visit. The man with the glasses who helped me said I came in and was "threatening" because I asked to speak to a manager when he told my coupon was invalid. The second man diffused and while he was unable to help, was more reasonable and empathetic in communicating, however I had to debate with him about giving me my coupon back because he was going to keep it since it is "no good" I don't think I should be leaving empty handed and have to take time out of another day to obtain my medication and make a second trip over a mistake from their end and I don't appreciate the condescending attitude from the man with the glasses simply because I want what I was promised. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessioal. I'm very disappointed. It should have been able to be remedied in store while I was there, not have to make another visit. Whatever the issue may be, it is their issue; and perhaps that means getting their employees on the same page about their discount protocols. I did exactly as I was instructed, kept my discount card, ordered online, etc. and am leaving with a full wallet and no product due to their lack of help. I have been there at 7p also, and it has been open... hey if there's no clientele going in towards the closing hrs... don't do that, instead pay the people there and have them do something, clean, stock, etc. till 8 pm you guys! Back with another one star review, after the last incident with my legal caregiver being kicked out of the store told to wait outside of the store in the pouring rain Wich had her in tears outside looking like an emotional wreck , Today's review isn't much better I literally just purchased an eighth of there space cake paid $29 because of there sale. Before leaving I think to myself I might as well buy one more so I tried and was basically told the person who sold my the eighth prior charged me wrong and there 15 percent discount doesn't apply. I'd give this place zero stars if it was an option. I was pleased to have a dispensary open within walking distance from my home but then I went there and... they are frequently completely out of flower, they don't even hold a reserve for medical patients. There is no separate counter for medical patients, they're just off the end of the same counter used by recreational, so no privacy for patients who need advice about what strain would be most effective for their condition. Also, you have to walk past the recreational part of the counter to get to the medical end and the budtenders hassle me every single time. The last time I was there, I was sitting in the lobby getting into my (very disorganized) wallet to get my medical card and the guy at the desk very rudely asked "May I help you?" No, I don't need some stranger pawing through my wallet, thanks. The products are overpriced and inferior quality. I finally got fed up and went back to ATG in Salem. read more

The worker could not have been LESS helpful. Indeed, she acted quite put out and proceeded to give me one big time ATTITUDE. The flower they sell has very low THC content. Non-medical newbies may not realize that 13% to 17% is nothing and they shouldn't charge $50 an eighth for this. Other dispensaries offer THC percentages of 22% to 29%.Even worse, is that sometimes the percentage advertises higher than the actual.
