There is a large selection of products, but it's honestly the employees that made it such a memorable experience. They were attentive, and made phenomenal recommendations. I suffer from chronic pain, and one of the female employees took the time to hear me out, and laid out her personal top choices for pain management. I tried what she recommended, and I was feeling better in no time. Pain was under control, but I was still functional. Coming from IL, these prices were a great value to me as I'm used to paying MUCH more. Also, the building itself is a work of art and was just as cool as I remembered. I went to seagrass this morning to get some live rosin which the lady said she had plenty. She tells me three kinds, and then she goes and sells me distillate . I went back in there and told her and she knows I can't help you once we sell a lot of things we don't take returns but even though it wasn't even open, she said we couldn't take it back. After placing order online, I went to pick up. I spoke to a woman who is a co manager and she was very helpful. I also appreciate when a worker will steer me away from products that are not well loved. That is what happened here when I asked for a CBD salve. She was write, too. They have promotions, demonstrations, and more here. Nice place. Walking to and fro the store, was a bit odd. No good parking, and you can see everyone come out with a brown paper bag. Stopped in while I was in town for the day to grab a pre-roll. The outside mural on the building really caught my attention as soon as I drove into town so I yelped it and realized it was a dispensary and decided I needed to stop in. The prices are pretty expensive but our par with other recreational dispensaries I've been to. They had a great selection of flower, pretty rolls, concentrates, and edibles. I went in on my 21st birthday with some knowledge of cannabis strains. The entry door man was stoned as ever and unhelpful. The budtender knew less than me and was naming thc percentages and you can tell he just wanted to get on with the next thing even though the shop was empty. The blunt I bought was lightly packed and unstable. The cannabis flower used in the blunt was amazing but felt wasted as it was burning so quick from the poor packing. Same goes for the pre-roll I bought. I was very let down and had high hopes for a shop in Salem MA, where great customer service is common (in my experience with local shops). I wouldn't reccomend buying blunts/pre-rolls as you'll get shafted with bad packing. Just buy online pick up in store and do your own research, the flower here is great. Love what they've done to the place! This is such a cute store. The bud tender was friendly and helpful. I wanted a vegan edible and he checked the ingredients on several items. I was in Salem to visit this wonderful city and I came across " Sea Grass" and decided to go in and check it out. I had never visited a dispensary before, I walked in and a very nice young man greeted me and chatted then asked to see my ID,so nice just the way he did it.Then I went into the dispensary and was greeted by another young man who was very welcoming and then asked how he could help me. I told him what I was interested in and he right away looked somethings up for me and enlightened me on it's composition and directions for use.
