Jeamy,, thank you so much for your help and patience today. I totally appreciate you picked up exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for making my day. read more

The products i have tried did not meet my high expectations. The flower was dry and very small pieces of small C buds. Even with a discount I would not shop here. read more

I am so happy with my new regular dispensary! I recently moved to Extended Stay America in Peabody for the summer and you guys are only 15 minutes away. More importantly you welcomed me with open arms and helped turn a bad day into a positive one. Thank you Jamee, Angela and Christian! I broke down crying and Jamee came out from behind the counter and hugged me and just held me close. Then Angela came rushing in and hugged me too. And Christian got the tissues. I can't thank you enough for making me feel loved and appreciated. You truly are a sanctuary! I hope all of you at Sanctuary have a happy, safe and cool 4th of July! read more

Way too many Theory products which have no effect. Mostly sells 3.5g packs of flower beginning at $25-$30 per pack making it $200 or more per ounce. Very few ounces offered(28g) and low THC, nothing higher than 22% THC. This used to be a great place but now Corporate is ripping off the customer. read more

When it comes to the Incredibly Helpful Staff, they're always eager to assist you in choosing products that will benefit you no matter what you may be needing or looking for. Most of the time ,I just go into the Dispensary & tell them how I'm feeling & what I'm looking for to help myself feel better. They always seem to introduce me to the right product no matter what I may have to spend. The products are "A1" & their deals , points & especially their 1st Monday of The Month Specials have really helped regardless of what I have in cash to spend! Honestly, I do recommend them to anyone whom has a medical mj card! Best Dispensary in a 25 mile radius from my home! read more

The staff are outstanding have a great amount of information and knowledge They all ways take care of me read more

I have never been to a dispensary but I was recently given a cannabis medical card to help me find some remedies to help me with my mystery inflammatory issue after having Covid for months (don't recommend it - 1 star). This place sits off of Route 1 and is nestled in the back of a small industrial park. I arrived and was greeted by a friendly guy at the front desk. He had me fill out some paperwork and I was so impressed with how sleek and nice the place was - didn't expect it! The employees there were super nice and knowledgeable. Great place If you need medical cannabis. read more

Small potatoes here folks. Monday is a BIG day for card holders. Don't bother going here. The stock SUCKS. As for trying to purchase anything on line, that is useless. There is NO MENU to choose from. It is so overcrowded on line, you can forget your dreams here. It is a ruse. You click onto the menu button and nothing comes up. I tried along with my neighbor who also holds a card and it is USELESS. We tried since 10:00 AM and it is now 1:30 PM. A total waste. For poor stock, this is your place. Even if you go on days there are no specials, it is still horrible. Thankfully, MISSION and FINE FETTLE are up the street and there is NEVER A PROBLEM. Now I see why their parking lots are filled all the time. Great stock always. Never heard of a place where the product is always out of the stock. This place (Sanctuary) is going downhill big time. The employees are THE BEST but the people who run these places are not up to being professional. Not even close. I know you are out of Littleton, MA but you obviously cannot handle the places along the coastline. Great for a quick buy, but would NEVER tell someone to go here for their regular stock. Not just me, but three neighbors who go here have switched to places in Salem and others nearby. At least they can order on the phone and they can also know that the items they want will be there. Don't count on this place. It just is not professional. Too bad such nice employees have to work under these conditions of poor directorship. Oh ya, if you can stand in line for at least an hour to get whatever little products they offer.... this is not your place. I am wheelchair bound so this is not good for anybody in any type of pain. Could be a nice place if only the owners knew what they were doing. Nuff' said. read more

Best dispensary in the area and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, patient and helpful in showing you products and answers to your questions. I've been pretty a regular customer for 2 years almost seeing as it's right down the street from my house . Sanctuary has shown that being a repeat customer will more than benefit you in the long run I definitely recommend a visit (bring your card!) read more

This place is a medical facility only and they always have just the same stock nothing different and everything is very expensive. I would not recommend this Cannibis site read more

Staff was extremely rude. Falsely advertised strength of products and prices are completely different than what is advertised online

Have been shopping only here since I got my medical card, and I have no desire to check out any other dispensary. Everything comes from them and not some outside company and they have full spectrum vape carts! Haven't gotten anything I actually dislike yet, and they have awesome sales every month! read more

Made my first visit to Sanctuary this week and was pleased with the attentive, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Check in and registration was easy. They had what I was looking for and the service was excellent. Through no fault of the staff, there was a minor snafu with my order and it was corrected the next day without fuss. The only reason for four rather than five stars is they are a bit pricey relative to other outlets but not enough to deter a purchase. read more

First time visiting a dispensary after recently receiving my medical card. Great selection and super friendly staff made it a wonderful experience. read more

Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The flower selection is really good and growing in options (expected since they just opened a few weeks ago). I definitely suggest going by and checking it out if your in the Northshore area, you won't be disappointed!! read more

great fun deals. staff are helpful and friendly. it's easy to park here & plenty of room. it's nice inside. they also have frequently been able to keep a high stock and not run out of popular menu items throughout the day read more

The flower is of high quality. Awesome selection! My favorite strains are alien cheese and wedding mints.

After being a loyal customer for years and I've spent A LOT of money here. I've probably bought a couple of hundred cartridges. The people are very nice, but the cartridges are not very well measured. I have countless pictures which I'll post later of some being filled to the top and the others looking like they're missing 1/8 of it. Lastly, I had a cartridge on its side and it fell in the couch. It wasn't even opened and I lived in a climate controlled environment for health reasons. It leaked and I was told "you have a lot of problems with these." No, Sanctuary has a quality control issue or every cartridge would be filled to the same level. I'm not the only person, as friends of mine have said the same and will not go back, not at that cost. I was hesitant to go back, but I will. I received $10 off a $110 cartridge that broke, on its own. They store it on its side, I didn't think it'd be an issue and it was just opened but not used for more than a day and had its cover put back on the bottom.. The people are so nice, but at that price, I'll go somewhere else that GLADLY takes back defective products. I've had an issue with maybe 6-7 cartidges out of the hundreds (as last summer, I bought two almost 5 days a week, so do that math.) I will NOT BE spending that kind of money on defective products, not after how non chalant this company is about defective products. I could see if I was some random guy but I've been loyal for over ver a year. Not anymore. I'll very much miss the people, but no, I should have had that replaced since it ended up. Will upload pictures of the difference in the amount of "liquid shatter." Theres obviously quality controls issues that are being told it's the clients fault. Not okay..... They did change the cartridges so they're a bit sleeker. I'm not sure if that had anything to do but I have the liquid shatter coming out like toothpaste now. I never had that before, EVER read more

I like this place but a little dissapointed with the on duty supervisor today, everyone else was trying there hardest to get my bill to 50 it was 47 with a review but she wouldnt give me the discount. The employee behind her was trying to pay the 2 dollars for me but i wouldnt take his $ so i had to change my order. Other than this issue i love this place and the staffs welcoming and informative. They just need more product on hand and to change the preroll price. I reccomend coming here dropping a lot of money your first time because you save a lot with the 25% off.. I got 200$worth for like 140$ The danvers location is medical only read more

You get their new patient discount at each location which is pretty sweet, definitely worth checking out
