When i first started going here about 3-4 years ago product was great. Ive noticed the quality slipping but i still go because its inexpensive. I would not recommend. Products and prices are standard, but the customer experience sucks. Was scolded at the door for letting someone in and My cashier stole from everyone in her line. She would pretend like she "forgot" the cash back but then would pocket the cash. The guy in front of me caught her, then I decided I would see if she would try it again. She did, and I could hear her opening the register to take out the cash while I turned to walk away. She clearly knew and didn't care. We knew Mass would be the best destination to pick, enjoy our recreational selection and freely take it with us to Maine. And even though Mission is in the middle of Nowhere, Mass (at least to me it felt), it rendered good results. Tucked in a lush area, location almost feels secreted- and if you zoom, you'll miss it. Guard outside looking at IDs before heading in. Warehouse-style design, nice selections and pleasant service was all in check. It met our needs. Fair prices, friendly knowledgeable staff, flower is however quite dry. They recommended a tincture for my chronic pain this Spring and it worked wonderfully. The problem is, they haven't had any recreational tinctures in over three weeks now. And whenever I call about its availability, the only thing staff can say is that they don't have it. No kidding. I can read. They have no idea what they're going to get or when they're gonna get it until it arrives. To recommend a therapeutic product and then suddenly stop carrying it with zero warning, explanation or potential restocking date is patently irresponsible. Missions is a great store and the staff is wonderful. I've been buying an ounce of flower just about every week and been telling my friends to come here. Unfortunately yesterday I was a bit disappointed because of I was supposed to save 15% with my stamped receipt from the previous week that had a listed price of 188 for an ounce of the legend brand on it. Yesterday I got a half of legend and a half of mini buds(cheaper) but my total was 179. Where was the 15% savings? Did the prices go up in the middle of the promotion? This is by far the best dispensary I've been to and is my go to one. I've never had a bad experience here. Even if they're super busy the wait isn't bad and once you get to the counter you're treated so nicely, every question is answered and the person helping you is always in a good mood. They have a variety of products. I like to try different strains and I'm never disappointed in their selection. I love how it's presented in menu form. Prices are very good, although I've noticed they've partnered with some new farms and those are more expensive. Their edibles are great. Really well done and effective. If you're a light weight like I am then you really need to test out what you buy and not over do it. I once tried half a cookie thinking oh it's just a little cookie and really felt it. Recently purchased their fudge which is in small pieces and great. I love that they always have new interesting items to try and don't stick to the same menu. They also have great deals. Every time I've been in there's a free sample if you spend a certain amount. Second time now they have baited and switched. Pretty surprised they are taking these risks to save 5 bucks Twice I have placed online orders. Go to pick up a curbside order. I slide my CC in and realize wait. You are charging me way more then my online order and my receipt was?? "Oh, we had a computer mistake and these are the real prices". Absolutely crazy. I placed the order. I took tome off from work. Drove there. And was never told of the price changes to my order. They just hope you don't notice. I am sorry I cannot give less than one star . I have been going to this dispensary since they opened the doors , my son even worked there till they laid them off ! When they lay them off they zeroed out all my points as retaliation . This was a good place to go till that manager Wilford took over. I used to only go to Mission even though their prices are kind of high. At my last visit I found out they take your points away if you don't make regular purchases. I lost over 400 points and not happy about that. I don't know of any other dispensary that does that. Sanctuary medicinal has the best deals. read more

Bad experience from medical patients that's spent thousands of dollars here. It's unfortunate they only tell certain customers about their deals. 6/12 they had any five items and get 45% off. My cashier never mentioned anything and I was only 3 items away from getting the discount. I spoke to the manager and he couldn't do anything. Tried to sell me $70 more of products on top of the $65 I just spent. Every other cashier was mentioning the sale but not mine and because I already paid they couldn't do anything. Mission was great before they lost their good customer service skills. Cashier even said it was "his bad" and that he forgot. Filed a grievance with the commission for cannabis control this morning against Georgetown MA Dispensary. Charged us twice and we were told we had to file a dispute with our bank to get it refunded or voided. Bank had to shred our debit card and get a new one because it was a dispute! Now I have to reach out to the auto bill pays and give all the new card information. Not a way I wanted to spend a Friday off just because a dispensary couldn't or wouldn't void a payment. Just joined after receiving my med card and am more than pleased with the deals they have and the range and quality of product. The menu was thin for a while but now that Mission is taking over more they have lots more "brands" of weed. They have multiple price points of $35-45-50/eight. Since before cannabis was legal but safely attainable (meaning I had trusted sources and maybe some not trustworthy but I'm not going to the THOSE STORIES HERE Lol) I really dig Mission I liked them when they were Healthy Pharms. They from the beginning honor my medical conditions (no just the darn card which at the beginning you would get paid back for the product over the course of the year I don't think it happens now in 2022 I wasn't offered that let me know if it does I renewed) regardless i get respect for my disability status in turn rewards(sometimes I even get like some money off after having made points I forgot about) I also receive good treatment by the entire staff from the people at the front door all the way in to the back and I never feel like anyone looks down on me or thinks that I'm just there to get stoned because you know some thing I could go other places and get things cheaper but I choose not to. It's just not the thing to do I'm 58 years old let me go to Mission and with my small little carbon footprint trying to keep it smaller and reigned in more mindfully and since really love a few products I can only at Mission for both price & convenience... I really don't wanna say much more than thanks to the whole cannabis industry in Massachusetts for staying them open as essential business (health !] during the pandemic and think back ro another really hard time I think many allof us had when there was a problem with the vape cartridges etc back in the day and you know we all held out and came back better than ever so I have hope my Year word for 2022 is Joy so I'll be in this week to be joyful read more

My first ever trip to a dispensary and it was so worth the trip. The location is very handy to RT 95, right off the highway. The parking was adequate, new paved driveway and a pleasant experience walking in. It does smell like cannabis as soon as you walk in to check in, maybe they could deodorize that area. The bud tender Joe C. Was knowledgeable and friendly and provided a first timer discount. I was stoked! I got a few things as far as products go. This is a very nice dispensary, very good convenient location close to Harvard Square. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They have a decent selection of products and devices. I have two complaints: First, they only sell 1 gram size of concentrates instead of offering half gram servings. Second, their pre-rolls suck, I mean 90% of the time don't burn and can only be used to pack into bowls. I don't know if they are packed too tight or if it is the paper, but it is an ongoing issue.
