I had a Smok stick to start with and was thinking of moving into something heavier as I had quit smoking almost entirely in the 6+ weeks I started vaping (less a few cigarettes during a week long power outage where I couldn't charge my stick). After speaking to the owner and staff and trying a new liquid I didn't care for...I decided to get a Smok Mag kit. Awesome price, and I got new liquids, extra batteries, a charger, coils...let me just say this...I saved BUNDLES of cash. I even went into the other local stores and no one compared. Viewing online prices of e-cig and vape sites...I can say this place competes with their prices as well, if not beat them outright. I'm not going to knock any other stores in the area, but, I will say that NH Vape Gallery is friendly, affordable, knowledgeable, and doesn't try to up-sell to make a commission. They've got my business hands down!! Great job and shop NHVG!

Not a satisfying experience. Just purchased $143 worth of juice, wish I hadn't. The gentleman…read morehelping me acted like he would rather be anywhere else but assisting me. I am in the market for a rebuildable tank and some of the information he gave me was wrong and misleading (I checked his info on a few sources online to verify). Much of the juice is behind the counter blocked by Covid plexiglass and difficult to see. He was not happy or patient in having to tell me what was behind there, but we couldn't disturb his dog. Upon checking out I asked for a discount for a multi-bottle purchase (most shops I frequent give a 15 or 20% discount on orders over $100 or offer a rewards card). Here you put in your phone number for a $5 discount. Since leaving the store three hours ago I have received 9 texts from the "rewards" company. I am pretty loyal to a shop in downtown Portsmouth which has always treated me well but wanted to see what this place had to offer. I will not make the mistake of going back to NH Vape Gallery. For what I spent here I could have gotten better, cheerful service and more juice for my money in Portsmouth. The selections of juice are pretty similar. Shoulda just walked out but I had the momentum toward the purchase and didn't think it through. I drive from Salem Ma to get my vape supplies, I'll continue driving the extra miles for the service I want and the prices I'm willing to pay. Disappointing and sad, go to Portsmouth

Shop size is small, but they manage to pack in a wide variety of high quality juices for very reasonable prices. In addition to juices, they carry a ton of mods/coils/vape supplies as well. Also happens to be in a great location (grab some Wendy's and juice in one trip!) Can't recommend this shop enough, I've been to tons of vape shops across the North Shore and this one easily stands out as one of the best. And let me tell you....after spending less than 5 minutes in the shop, I can totally see why. This dude is totally approachable, knowledgeable as hell about all his products, and best of all....super chill. I was in the market for a good, solid, reliable vape. Not only does this place have a decent selection complete with color choice. This store's prices are very competitive. I considered getting a vape online somewhere, but then remembered shipping charges are a thing. Plus, it's always better to buy local whenever you can. Originally going in for only a vape pen, I decided to get a second one for when I'm on the go (which is always, apparently). That's how good Mike is. Not that he really had to talk me into anything. But it was like....such an inviting atmosphere, that it encouraged me to toss even more money his way than I had originally intended. It's all for a good cause though. Btw....you get a $5 discount for Yelp check-ins at this store. You're welcome. Only thing I don't like about this shop is the location. Not that it's really anyone's fault here. But the road and town it sits in feels...I dunno...cramp. You'll likely almost pass the place on first approach, too...mostly because it sits on a corner with no parking lot. I had to park across the street at CVS and walk over. Traffic situation is cramp like sardines in a can. Still, I'd come back here before trying to order anything online. Also, they take Apple Pay (and probably Google, too. I'm not sure..)! And any place that has contactless payment automatically gets bonus kudos from yours truly. New Edge Smoke & Vape gets 5 happy little puffs of vape clouds out of 5.

A young man by the name of Liam showed up to inform everybody currently waiting in parking lot and any future customers that the owner would be there in 20 minutes. Although young, Liam demonstrated excellent customer service by providing a friendly attitude and willingness to be of service in anyway possible. After purchasing some new juice and coils, Liam cleaned my mod, put in a new coil, and filled her up making it ready to rip. This may not sound like much, but I have limited mobility in my left hand due to a stroke so the assistance was greatly appreciated. Liam also helped me trouble shoot reasons why my mod wasn't working to the best of its ability.. He gave me some pointers as to what to avoid using with my mod and what products are most appropriate for top performance. Not once during my experience did I feel any type of vibe from Liam that was negative and I'm very much impressed by his customer service (or natural demeanor) at such a young age. I will continue to stick with Standard Vapor as well as their shop in Seabrook. God Bless.
