First off this is a nice dispensary with really good employees, but I do have a warning. This…read moredispensary just implemented the pay on the website feature. I've used this feature at other dispensaries. I understand it's something that they don't control. It's done by a third-party, but I had an unauthorized charge for almost $30 for products that I never ordered the dispensary made it right by giving me $30 credit but because I keep my money in my savings account not in my checking my bank charged me a $30 overdraft fee because it was a charge that I didn't see coming. I never got my $30 for the overdraft fee back so I did lose $30 in this whole ordeal so buyer beware if I was you, I would not use the website pay feature pay in the dispensary. Do not even put your bank account information..

Like most dispensaries, they offer flower, edibles, vapes, and more. Their product is grown in Lowell. This particular store was large, clean, and organized. The people working there were super nice. The first time I ever visited this place, I totally forgot to check in. No...it's not what you…read moremight be thinking. Sometimes a guy just....spaces out or is too distracted. In my case, it was the latter. I needed to find a specific type of hand-rolls. And for those who don't know or aren't as familiar, they not only come in various sizes, but also come pre-wrapped. My time is valuable. Which means I don't wanna waste precious minutes I'll never get back by painstakingly hand-rolling paper into oblivion. Nay. Enter this place to save the day! They've got everything and their selection is vast, lemme tell ya. I also really love the staff here. I'm pretty sure I've been serviced by the same girl both times and she's wicked cool and chill. I just go directly to the register, request my usual, and they have me in and out in less than 2 minutes. If you time it just right, there's almost never a line. I can't imagine there would be anyway, considering how many smoke and vape shops we have throughout the New England area. You have to be 18+ to enter, which....is kinda surprising, considering how many other shops I've been to that only let 21+ people enter. Oh, yeah. I almost forgot that I bought a pretty kick-ass vape device here the first time I arrived. I've been testing this thing out for about 3 weeks now and I gotta say it's pretty.....lit. Sorry. I couldn't resist. If I could change one thing about this store, it would be their location. Unfortunately, they're located on a one way road; meaning you can only turn right after leaving the parking lot. My house is in the opposite direction. This means I have to make a U-turn every single time I come here. Every. Single. Time. Why design cities like this? I just don't get it. Anywho, Smokers Haven just earned themselves a new loyal customer. I'm giving them 5 perfectly rolled cigars out of 5.

Clearly the only other person who has reviewed the company has a personal thing against the…read moreowner.....as he's reviewed all the smokers haven locations in the area...and they are all about Brett not speaking to him lol. I've always had a good experience here, the staff always welcomes you when you walk in, I've never had to wait more than a minute or 2 for assistance and those few times you could plainly see they were busy with others. They always have great suggestions on new flavors to try out and are very knowledgeable about their products when I have questions. I also do want to make a point to say that while I don't personally know the owner, I did visit the store one day while a guy who I assumed worked at all the locations doing merchandising, stocking and product updates. They were busy and he also looked very busy but he was standing by the product I needed locked in a case, he happily grabbed it for me and even cashed me out while stating "sorry! Don't use these frequently lololl". I've worked retail management and to be clear, this guy did not HAVE to assist me as there are front of the store staff working and getting paid for it, he took the time away from his own work assignment to help me and did it with a genuine smile on his face. So....."Brett, If this was you at the west Manchester location, THANK YOU. You have great customer service skills and no problem stepping in to assist your employees!...if this wasn't Brett...good job whoever you are..AND GOOD HIRING JOB BRETT!" Ps. The reviewer below only gives 1 star reviews. I checked the profile. Consider his experiences at your own caution and like mine better
