I drive all the way up here. Ordered online, went to the get my order, they gave me the total which I knew was off since I am on the financial discount because I am disabled. Then I get told that you don't do hardship discounts anymore? What gives? That was the number one reason why I have been coming to this place for several years, yes I know that it's been months since I been here because Iive in another city, but why would you take away discounts for medical patients who are disabled/handicapped? This feels like a huge slap in the face to people who can't afford to pay an arm and a leg for MEDICINE that we NEED. This place was a thousand times better when it was Healthy Pharms and just a medical facility. First ATG in Salem went down the tubes since they went recreational, now this place has gone down the tubes and to take away disabled people's discounts is utterly gross. We medical patients have been keeping you in business for years, but now it's all about making a big buck. You people had the best discounts for medical patients and now you just ripped the rug from underneath us. It's all good though. I go to Maine now anyway where it's a lot cheaper. I will only come back to this place when or if they bring back their financial hardship discounts, but until then it's not worth the drive or gas money anymore. What a shame since this once was a great place to get your medicine, but I guess they just expect people with low income to pay full price. read more

Excellent product. Some times flowers are a little small but it's about the effect and that's almost always perfectly relaxing smooth and great. Workers are very helpful polite and full of respect. I've been smoking these plants called my friend for many years, I'm amazed that we can go to a store and actually purchase the beautiful flower. I live a half a mile from seaweeds in Salem mass and 2 miles down the street from Insa dispensary in Salem mass. The quality of marijuana there has not changed in a year, I do not see a horizon for a changing, nor do I see the $125 cost for twoeights going down. I go to Georgetown with higher quality marijuana, definitely cheaper prices, and a lot more nicer people and nicer atmosphere in Georgetown. read more

I agree with another reviewer as this place is continually going down hill . I was motivated to get my medical card because of the georgetown location being so close to my house . It was also Healthy Pharms when I started going there which was a GREAT experience! Since Mission took over it has been pretty bad . The bud tenders now are some of the most ill experienced and low knowledge people I've met at any dispensary. They do not seem to know much about the actual benefits of cannabinoids besides getting high . Most are pretty friendly which is a plus but the lack of knowledge and time it takes to complete a transaction is ridiculous. I have found myself going here less and less despite the fact it's 10 minutes from my house . It used to be strain specific and now most everything is a "balanced hybrid". I'm not sure why and the bud tenders done know why either . I do wonder if it is just laziness, lack of knowledge, or middle of the road corporate ideals. To compare , I was recently in California and the experience was totally different from Mission / Georgetown. The bud tenders in CA were very knowledgeable and helpful , the selection of product was 10 times what is available at mission and they did have strain specific product available in abundance. Mission has limited product and are often sold out of product . Making their selection even thinner . I do hope things change /get better because at this point it's really a pretty bad dispensary. read more

i bought some flower twice at Mission, horrible both times...Prayer Glue tasted like dirt out of my backyard and was thrown away...YESTERDAY i bought an ounce of Vanilla Kush...some of the WORST flower ive ever smoked...gave me a massive headache, tasted horrible and never got any high at all...they refuse to do anything about it...no refund, no replacement! im done with them...WORST customer service ever and making all that money off us! very sad! :( anyone want it, its going in the garbage! As much as I love that there is a dispensary nearby, it is a serious challenge to get any information about the strains. The staff seems to be trained along the very generalized lines that all sativas are heady, all indicas are for relaxing the body, and hybrids are a blend. But in my experience, this is not always true, and there is a great variety of effects between the different strains. It is very disappointing that the sales staff insist on using this one-size-fits-all description, compounded by the fact that most of the strains are hybrids created by the growers, with no information on Leafly. I normally try to look up the strains on the menu while I am in the waiting room or before I go, but lately have found less and less on the menu that I can look up. The result is that if I follow the very generalized advice of the staff, I may or may not get something close to what I need. Seriously, Healthy Pharms, if you believe that the indica/sativa/hybrid difference is the only derminant of the nature of the strain, why don't you just have three strains? I have gone there many times as it is my closest dispensary, but I prefer to use a dispensary that offers more specific and accurate information on the strains. This issue could be addressed if the growers passed on more specific information about the strains and that information went onto the menu. read more

The place looks nice, the staff seem very nice. All that is great. They make lots of good edibles if that is what you like but thier marijuana is pretty weak. I dont understand why they dont sell anything stronger. 18%? If I see a 27% I think its low. They just dont seem very concerned with the actual potency of thier product. Id rather thier place looked bad and the staff was rude than have to buy substandard medical marijuana. Its a shame because I end up having to travel a decent distance to get to a normal dispensary with acceptable quality. They can have all the bells and whistles in the world but the bottom line is the plant itself and they seem to have overlooked that fact. read more

Nice, clean dispensary right off 95. Real cool atmosphere.. almost like a night club. Big stuffed nug in the corner is nice touch. Prices are a little high, but it's quality product and they run various promos and have a pretty decent rewards program - it somewhat balances out if you buy a lot of product. Staff is very eager to help - almost to a fault. I personally don't like that I have to ham it up with the bud tender for 5 minutes just for an eighth. I like a more walk-in, walk-out situation like you get at the 'mom and pop' shops in other states in the region or out west. Regardless, this is my go-to dispensary as it's only 15 minutes from my house. However, if I have an extra half hour or so to travel I find myself going over the border to Maine for better prices and products currently not available in MA (not the fault of the dispensary) read more

I was very glad that this place is now open again as I'd been wanting to go here since I found out about it in March as its the closest dispensary for me. It was a very rewarding trip. The place itself is very easy to find, has a lot of parking and is quick and easy to access. I was greeted in a friendly manner and once I had filled in my new customer form only waited about 30 seconds before Koren came over and had a very lengthy chat, answering all the questions I had. I am a new medical cannabis user and have only been using it since April this year so am still trying to find the right products and dosages for me and Koren knew what to recommend when I told her some of my health issues. Healthy Pharms has a very nice atmosphere, it's clean, nicely laid out, all the staff are friendly and they do some fun events in there like Bingo on Sundays and taking your photo with an American Gothic painted background that could win you some products as well as new customer discounts, specials and much more. I've been very pleased with the range of products they have which is the widest I've found of the dispensaries I've been to so far and recommend them totally. read more

Genuinely confused by the positive reviews here. My most recent purchase from this dispensary will be my last. On 3/8/21, I picked up a mixed half ounce in 8ths of Purple Train Wreck, Green Crack, Unbiased Opinion, and Jesus OG. The buds are stored in plastic containers too big for the stored amount and with ill fitting screw on lids that are less than airtight. That's the first issue. The second is that these buds sit on the shelf for months in these cheap containers, rendering the bud stale and useless. The Purple Train Wreck and Green Crack eights, despite being composed of four or five decent chunky nugs, crumble into dust when pressed between the fingers, and one turn in the grinder renders the bud into a fine, dry power that when combusted is like smoking pencil shavings. No medical value at all. Terrible. The Unbiased Opinion and Jesus OG eights were similarly stale, dry, dusty, and disappointing- immature, stem-heavy bone dry flavorless popcorn buds, some no more than a few leaves on a stem. A few buds broken to make weight. There is no redeemable value to the cannabis I spent money on yesterday- this stuff simply doesn't cash in. I spent $150 dollars here and feel like I was swindled out of every cent of it when I got home and looked over what I purchased. The cultivation facility should be ashamed to call this medical marijuana, because what I brought home was nothing more than stale cabinet spice. Total garbage, zero stars. F. Minus. read more
