I wholeheartedly recommend checking out this super clean and funky dispensary I was greeted upon walking in by Berto (so sweet) and Sean (super kind) once inside we were greeted by all the staff! everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable I was lucky enough to have Ricardo help me, but Thomas and Jordan were great assists as I "window shopped" they all were super patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and made great suggestions! read more

Leaving this here too since they get bad reviews removed on google, like the slimy corporate clowns that they are. Place sells overpriced moldy mids with a smile on their face, very corporate vibes, just consistently bad. Much better option down the road in tewksbury next to papa ginos. employees are never helpful either since they arent allowed to speak negatively about any product, they just repeat whatever drivel is in the item description. read more

I have been to other dispensaries around Lowell and Symth is the place I'll always come back to. The interior design is sleek and modern. Very welcoming to new comers. And the tenders there were helpful. I came to pick up my preorder and it was an organized and simple process. Great menu selection, you'll find something that's right for you. The staff I interacted with was friendly. And for the price of my purchase, it was definitely worth it. Swing by! read more

Very good customer service! Will definitely recommend! This company has exactly what I needed for my medical condition

6 stars. Professional, honest full of integrity and most important know how to deal with handicapped people

It usually is great until today when I used my debit card and the wonderful employee stole 4 dollars off my card without saying anything paid 24 in store and was charged 28 on my statement and on the receipt which I'm keeping and making a stink about it the next time I'm there definitely only cash from now on sad that criminals are everywhere what it if you use debit cards here VERY SKETCHY!!!! SMH!!! read more

My favorite place for good value and great customer service. Parking here, or in particular taking the left turn into the lot if you coming from Tewksbury absolutely sucks but that's because Lowell drivers are literally the worst. I lived in Boston many years and Lowell drivers are worse than most down by the city. That said, I still visit here when I can and minimize the trips by stocking up. There stuff always works and that's why I keep coming back. read more

I recommend this establishment is a professionally ran team who are knowledgeable in the various products as well as people skills. That in itself is a fine reason to make one a returning customer ..... read more

It sucks to sort because it's always a problem, none of the ones I chose have it.The first time the order was lost, it wasn't there and now it doesn't have anything I ordered. read more

Best place in town Lowell mass.good weed best prices always the best nice people always ready to help

I adore Smyth and it remains my favorite dispensary nearby. They have awesome prices (occasionally they have $20 eighths and $4 prerolls pretax) and a good selection. I usually preorder but both the preorder and walk-in lines go quickly. Always well-staffed and the staff is so welcoming and helpful! They have kiosks to browse and order, and they also sell some accessories like papers and bongs. I've never had a bad experience. The only downside is the parking lot is hard to get into/out of and it fills up quick during busy periods. Overall highly recommend for a stoner on a budget. read more

Great selection great staff and very knowledgeable. Although the parking lot may be full, service is quick read more

my first experience with Smyth cannabis came via Leafly posting. I checked it out on website and decided to visit. I was surprised to find it was in brand new building. the store itself was so clean and organize. I was amazed at the selection and value. I needed something to help me eat. I have medical issues that stole my appetite. The bud tender was so helpful and knowledgeable. he hooked me up with some GG4. The value was awesome! I didn't know if it was opening special. one thing I realized... do your research on their website before you go.... the selection is overwhelming. also, in a first, the budtender couldn't accept a tip. the only disconnect was the thc value on the site menu and actual thc count. I'm sure it is new business bug. read more

This place is awesome. Good prices for good weed. Great service and good vibes. Very efficient as well.

This is my go to place when I'm in town to pick up some prerolls. I used to love their own brand, with the ceramic filter. So when I stopped in this time around, I picked up 4. These were all packed so tightly that it was impossible to get draw out of them. I took the filter out, that didn't help so I tore it open to smoke the flower in a one hitter. The flower was so densely packed, I needed to break it apart. The other brands of prerolls, with a paper tip smoked fine. I'm disappointed that I can't count on the Smyth brand anymore. read more

I just left the dispensary I have nothing to say about the store. Only that they need to check who they are hiring I was leaving the parking lot trying to make my left street is doble line for both ways one of the workers who's pretending to be a traffic police officer called me stupid many times because I was trying to make my left no right . whatever I want do is my right. that's nothing to do with them . I don't think is right they calling me names . Also he treat me that I won't be able to be back at the store again. I have no problem. There's so many dispensaries stores out there. read more

Great staff . Tim is great . Super high quality and section . Prices were very good also.

Love Smyth Cannabis! My favorite spot to go. Shout out to my favorite Budtender, I smoke so I don't remember her name..

the best service I've gotten in a long time , Shaun I could be butchering his name but he deserves a raise. Great customer service and he gives great advice on products read more

Can't say anything negative here. It's a weed store and they have lots of options. People are friendly, of course.

Visiting family in Massachusetts from Honolulu I have been disappointed in the past with the flower from other dispensaries being dry and overpriced. Smyth Cannabis on the other-hand is absolutely amazing. My girl and I came back here 3 times in our two week stay grabbing over an ounce of different strains of flower. 10/10 for quality (everything was sticky, tasty and smoked amazing), service and price. I will be returning here everytime I visit. read more

I've been there few times. Very nice staff. And prices seem to be about the same as other dispensaries in the area. But would be great if the customers leaving would read the sign "NO LEFT TURN" If you cause a accident in doing so then you could hurt it for the rest of us. read more

Amazing place!! I highly recommend for anyone!! I dealt with one of the managers Nick earlier, and let me tell you, he goes above and beyond for his customers! They have a huge selection that is definitely worth every cent you will spend here! read more

The process was easy and a good selection of products with high quality. I would definitely return if I'm in this area

Everyone who works there is honestly a sweetheart and the prices are very reasonable. The negatives about this place is service is slow an the parking lot is so small there's probably 2 to 3 accidents a week in the lot. Sometimes I have to drive around a lot for 10 minutes until I just give up. It used to be very convenient to stop by for the friendly staff and the prices but it's just too much of an inconvenience to search for a spot for 10- 15 minutes and wait in line for 25 -30 minutes. read more

Good prices and selection but the staff is sort of rude. I've had a couple experiences with staff that have no customer service skills whatsoever ever read more

Jalen was incredible and helped me choose very patiently . he is a great asset ! Thank you and see you soon

Loved this place. Good people, friendly and make you feel welcomed, especially when your a regular. Product is good,

They have great competitive prices but why can't the sales associates not receive tips like so many other dispensaries? How does that hurt the owner? They deserve to be able to get gratuity especially the pleasant ones with great personality. Work on that read more

Great products everything is fresh and priced right. Highly recommended. They also have sales occasionally l.

Their prices are amazing and the staff is great. everything about this dispensary is soooo goood. but when u go to pay, and put ur pin in, the keys on the pinpad don't work... then u keep trying to put ur pin in over and over... ur card gets locked and u cant do anything abt it. leaving in dispare... no weed, no functional debit card, only pain and agony. read more
