I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I went in and attempted to purchase some…read morenicotine juice along with some new coils (both of which they had in stock) and the clerk simply ignored me. I would say that this is the worst customer service I have ever received, however there was no customer service to speak of. Just... a very rude clerk. To my surprise, the place was fairly busy. So I waited for my turn in line and when it comes time for him to help me, I asked him for what I needed. Instead of simply grabbing the items and proceeding to check my order out and take my money, he said, "Hold on" and proceeded to help the next customer behind me in line...? It was, objectively, extremely rude and strange, but still, I let it go. I waited again even though it was my turn in line for him to return. He finished with the customer and came back. I very politely asked him again for the juice I had picked out by brand name/flavor/strength as well as the coils and again... (I swear) he said, "Okay, just one second," and then proceeded to help the next person in line... behind me... again. At this point I was wondering what the hell is wrong with this guy. I patiently waited for him to finish with the customers initially 2 and 3 people behind, respectively, and he returned. Guess what happened next? He asked me to wait a second and helped the next customer. At that point I just walked out. I wasted 20+ minutes of my life that I will never get back visiting this awful store. Also, for what it's worth, they do not have a very broad selection of juices. The customer service was terrible and although they *did* have the particular coils I needed (they are relatively hard to find in my area), I will never go back there. There are plenty of better shops and several have my coils. I ended up just going up the street to the next closest smoke shop (was like a 5 minute walk away) and had a completely different experience. All I wanted to do was buy my vape juice and some coils and this guy simply did not understand this very simply concept. Steer clear of Southie Smoke Shop. Worst shop in the entire city that I have been to so far (I've only visited about 6-7). There are far better and they are pretty close, too. TL;DR: Rude clerk that completely ignored me while helping customers behind me in line while I attempted to purchase some juice and coils. Wasted 20+ minutes of my time and left with nothing. Worst customer service ever and their selection is not very good. The *only* thing good about this shop is that they do have a great selection of coils. Well... if the clerk lets you buy them, that is. I have gotten nothing but fantastic service from every other smoke shop in the city.
