Looks like she was in a Hurry to get back to her Social Media. And when I told her next time she should give the customer the best options her response was please leave the store and that she wouldn't get in trouble because she been there at this location to long for Bluemoon to even do anything to her, Whatever that means? I just would like her to get better training. I been coming to Bluemoon for over a year now. And this was the worst service I gotten. I usually go to the Brighton, Mass location and those folks over there know how to treat thier Customer's... People need to be aware that their's plenty other vape shops in Boston. Where I can spend my hard earned dollars... I Definitely womt be going to this Location ever again So I don't recommend this Bluemoon Location the Woman with the Tattoos don't love her job and it shows...

Walking in, I waited in a short line to check in; they scan your ID and buzz you in. The place was cleanand organized. I was greeted by a person giving out free cookies (which were delicious). I was helped out immediately by a sales associate and she showed me the kiosk to look for products to order. The whole process was quick and easy. The place was bustling since it's right on the busy Newbury St. Also a big plus is, this place is owned by BIPOC (black, indigenous, and other people there of color).

UNFORTUNATELY, everything she steered us towards was very expensive. She also pushed products that just didn't do what she said they would. My sister bought a certain lube that was supposed to be vegan and organic, but it actually caused her to breakout. That was $20 in the trash. I'm scared to use mine. I bought a c-ring. It is too bulky, doesn't stay in place and is difficult to use. My vibrator was the wrong color and definitely is weak. I really liked her, but I feel like I wasted $160 on products that were supposed to fit what we were looking for, but actually were duds. If you go to this store, trust your gut and buy what you normally buy. Research online before going into the store. I really felt like the customer service was just to get us to buy the most expensive toys whether they fit the purpose or not. Nothing but a cash grab. I don't think I'll be shopping in store again.

Poor selection and never open!…read more I live a block away and was excited to see a new head shop open on Washington St hoping they'd have a good selection of glass and other accessories. I've only seen them be open once in the past month (I walk by several times a day with the dog). The one time I went by and saw they were open, I went in. They had a very small selection of vape pens, no glass, and a few rolling items behind the counter for slightly above average.
