Called them in CA - nope, they're not the right ones. Had to call elsewhere. Called them, yes they will exchange only after filling out a warranty form and returning it at my cost. I didn't want it sent to my house - they would gladly send it to the store for pickup. Called Moonlight - nope they won't do that. Wtf kind of customer service is that?? AND they hung up on me when I got frustrated. Wasted over an hour getting the runaround. Never ever do business with this store unless you're willing to eat the cost of defective merchandise they sell.

I'm not entirely sure what their customer service model is based on, but be sure that if there's anything wrong with an item or you need to return it, they will charge at least a 20% restocking fee AND retroactively charge you a shipping cost. They may even charge a 30% restocking fee if they deem it necessary. Unequivocally the worst seller I've encountered on Amazon. I also noticed that they seem to fudge with the dates of their reviews so that negative reviews don't show up readily. I left feedback on Amazon a few days ago for this seller, but the feedback doesn't show up on the seller's account. I know every business has to make money to survive, but I wish The Therapy Connection wouldn't try to make money at the expense of true customer service.
