Walking in, accessories and handbag are to the right, register into the left. The shoes are categorized by heels, sneakers, flats, boots and separated by gender. It's easy to identify and I know where to go immediately when I'm shopping. And they have mirrors in each area to try on shoes. They have a free VIP membership to sign up and for every pair of shoes donated, they give you 50 points. 2 pairs, you get a $5 reward, 4 pairs, $10, etc. The only gimmick is you can only donate once a week (the new week starts on Sun). Parking in this plaza is okay. Depending on how busy it is, sometimes I have to park further away but I don't mind the walk. Overall Service: The staff I've interacted with here has been super friendly! I haven't had a single bad experience and I go here a lot. If there's something, in particular, you can't find in your size, just ask, they can order it for you and ship it to the store, I think they also offer to ship it home too as an option.

She had the size 39 in Black both the oiled and Cabrio, I told her I have no idea which one it is, and she told me "Don't worry I will put a pair of both to the side for you, " I got there, and she saw me with the chewed clog in my hand, and said ahh yes you called, that is the oiled black. Second order shoes didn't fit so I returned. Per tracking they received the item back on 4-1. A week ago and no refund. I contacted them and the AI bot said returns take 15 days from when the item is received. Why would that be? Do they just want two weeks of float on the money, or are they really that inefficient? Anyway a major red flag. But the real shocker came on the third order. An item was sent that had absolutely nothing to do with my order and was three sizes too small!! And it was a final sale. Customer service did send a return label once I proved I had the wrong item. Thing is, the invoice in the box was also for the wrong item, which doesn't match the order. So I have little faith they will be able to figure this out. Great shoes, but this business is a mess. In this day and age with so much online ordering this kind of thing is unacceptable. If a Walking Company store was nearby I'd probably frequent a bricks and mortar store, but I won't be ordering online from them again.

I have been wearing the Air Max 2017 for ages and I was in the store and happened to ask a manager if they wouldn't mind looking at a pair of sneakers that I had as it looked like they were failing in a rather quick manner. I was told by this individual that I'm wearing the wrong type of sneakers based on the wear pattern; yet again I've been wearing this style of sneaker for ages and have several unworn at home as I buy them when they go on sale. I have never had a problem in the past. He told me that the tag inside the shoes which is supposed to be representative of a two year warranty is actually no longer valid and that the only thing I could do is call Nike customer service and send the sneakers in for evaluation but I was wasting my time. Again, he continued to tell me that it was my wear pattern of the shoe that broke it down. He said he was a sneaker expert and refused to do anything at all. Went to Merrimack and they swapped the shoes out within 10 mins and when the manager heard the issue she knew who I had been dealing with and rolled her eyes. Inside the store is clean and bright with plenty of clothing choices. They even have a line of New England Pro Teams clothing. I tried on a zippered too for NE Patriots but it just did not fit well, would fit better for a tall person with my build though. Prices are expensive but that's typical for a male clothing store. If you want to spend cheap, go to a big box retailer and get junk clothing. I'm guilty of it too. I don't come here often because i usually buy bulk one time when I'm here.
