We offered to look the cost of the dress up on the website and were given a "good luck" response from the girl. In 5 minutes we had found the cost, and another girl stepped in to help. The second girl was much more friendly and willing to sell the dress. Fast forward to the day of the prom, and we realized that the security tag had not been removed from the dress. Tried to call the store for help, but was unable to get through to anyone. Very stressful experience start to finish with this store. If she didn't love the dress so much we would have brought our business elsewhere.
