Phone call to Walmart show how long I was on hold waiting for store mgr on 3rd try.

Sunday night- May 7, 2023- no shopping carts or electric carts for disabled senior. Parked at eye center door which to my knowledge could be the door I exit since my car was there. Well, Walmart locks that side of the store unannounced to me - no sign and as a disabled senior I had to try to make it to the other side of the store to exit and once's exited , had to walk all the way back to the other side of this superstore again to the opposite side of the building where my car was parked. Tried to get mgr on phone and was on hold and transferred twice - gave up after six minutes. No more coming here until district mgr gets the act cleaned up for which I will make the call tom

I was screamed and spit at by this lunatic in the store parking lot today. The Employees did nothing.

I was screamed and spit at for several minutes by this lunatic in the store parking lot today when I walked by his car. Never saw him before, have no idea what his issue was. After I took some video, I went inside to report the incident to the management only to be told by a bored short, older blonde -haired woman who was standing by the self-checkout area that yes, other customers have complained about this head case in the past but "The management and security were all in a meeting" and that " The city owns the parking lot so we can't do anything." Then how about contacting the police, or not letting this individual have access to the store or escorting him out when he tries to enter? Or at least showing an iota of concern and empathy to me? The Gold street Wal-mart is truly the worst store I have ever been in in terms of customer service and customer safety.

This is pinkie she loves to look beautiful

I am giving Walmart a 5stares because they take cares off Manchester people who don't have much money to spend.

This new Walmart Supercenter replaces the former much smaller Wal-Mart on Keller Street which will become a CarMax dealer.

They also have other popular stores including Saks Fifth Avenue, Nike, and Boss. The outlets are the place to go for the best deals. For the negatives, the food court is pretty sad, it only has a coffee shop, a pizza restaurant, and chicken restaurant, and a small Indian restaurant. We got food from the chicken restaurant and it was disappointing. Also, it was a hot day and there's not too much shade besides going into the stores or the food court. Overall, I like the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets more in terms of their layout and larger store selection, but would recommend going here if you plan on making large purchases to save on the tax.

There is a large selection of big names here including Nike, Calvin Klein, and Le Creuset to name a few. We found some great bargains at Nike and also found some great kitchen items at Le Creuset. There is a Lindt store here too for all your chocolate needs! We definitely paid that a visit also. I was also surprised at how friendly and knowledgeable all the staff were at the various stores. The staff at Le Creuset really seemed to understand their products very well. We did not eat here, but there is a small food court. Restrooms were quite clean and well-kept. Overall this was a great shopping experience!

She certainly brightened up the room and everyone that she came in contact with was overjoyed with how pleasant she was. They were…read moreunderstaffed at the checkout, and the woman in the jewelry department offered to ring me up, which I was happy about because I was in a hurry to catch the bus. I paid in cash, and she either forgot to give me a receipt or didn't have the ability to print them out in that department. When I got home, I realized I got the wrong size of underwear. I called store, they redirected me to the manager, and I explained to her what happened; she said I could return them and it wouldn't be a problem because they can look up my receipt. When I got a chance to go back in and return them this week, they changed their story and told me I couldn't return it without a receipt. The woman at the customer service desk chided me for not keeping the receipt, even though I explained I was never given one. She told me she could give me store credit, but only $5.30 of store credit on a $29 item. And I would have to go home, get my ID, and come back to the store to redeem it. Also, when I was there on the 24th, I was looking through the women's section for comfortable pajamas because I didn't like the ones in the men's section. I wanted to try them on, but the dressing room right next to me had a sign saying it was out of order. I asked a nearby associate where the nearest dressing room was. She acted kind of snooty and looked at me like I was weird for trying on women's pajama bottoms, and told me I had to go up to the men's dressing room all the way on the second floor. I get why they're a failing company.
