We decided on REI because of both, the good service, available items, and quick ordering. And as well, they installed the roof racks. Gene, the main installer, did an absolutely wonderful job. One part of our order came damaged and the store was able to trade it for a stock part at no cost and without endangering the time pressure we had to get it put on the car due to an upcoming trip. Flawless service and we left happy.

I did not have a receipt but the product had a label that was from Ocean State Job Lots. She looked up my name from my rewards card and refunded my money. I found a different mop during this visit and that money she refunded, helped me pay for another style mop. I shop here often and the prices and sales are so great. I always receive excellent customer service and having the rewards card is great. I also like that they help and give back to people. Last year I bought a winter coat for a Veteran and they give you a gift card that reimburses you for your purchase of the coat. So you are helping someone and Ocean State Job Lots is paying you back so you spend nothing really.
