Since I was visiting from NJ, that was not happening. As I entered Gondwana, I received a warm welcome & was showered with hospitality. Not only did I find a colorful selection of silk dresses & accessories, I also found the most stylish, comfortable clothing I can live in & feel great about wearing. As a final touch, I received a hand-written note from Jackie thanking me asking if she could do anything else to help assist me. This first-class personable service is hard to find. It never fit again despite exercising and losing inches. Two weeks before the wedding -- a new tailor in a different state advised me that the alterations made were beyond repair. I literally stumbled upon Lilise when a hairdresser mentioned a bridal consignment store that very same day the tailor called to say the first dress was a "no go." Lilise actually has a small selection of bridal gowns, but I found another gorgeous dress within minutes. It needed some degree of alterations. But the staff member placed on hold -- and contacted Agnes of L & B tailoring to advise her of the situation. A Lilise staff member offered to take the dress to L & B Tailoring to take a look before I paid for the dress, but Agnes stopped by first and confirmed that she could make the changes. I bought the dress. The staff at Lilise Designer Resale was courteous, professional, and attentive beyond expectations. The service infinitely better than at the expensive boutique where I bought my first dress. I cannot thank them enough!
