Big plus for this shop- if you buy a kid's bike and want to trade up they will give you 1/2 price of old bike( trade in)towards new bike. A customer there before me(ungainly out of shape guy, 50" waistband and blue tooth) occupied the full attention of the young gearhead clerk, to the extent that we languished about 10 minutes and showed ourselves around in the cramped space. Finally a tall big guy (five kids he said) who may be the owner found his way out of the repair section of the shop and was quite solicitous (had kids pick out helmets and fitted them), though he continued to interrupt himself and wait on other customers and answer questions, whilst bluetooth guy- who bought nothing after his 45 minute discussion but must have been a big fish- got 1 on 1 time the entire visit. We were direct and to the point, and the only people making a purchase that day as far as I saw, but again there were many interruptions and I got the feeling that our business- buying a $300 kids' bike- was not as thrilling as talking bike shop with various aging males. The end result is that I spent 50 minutes in the shop where I could have spent 15, and wanted my time back. I politely advised the owner of this discrepancy in service (when he reappeared after the third interruption from the back) and he was kind enough to throw in the kickstand, water bottle cage and water bottle, and profusely apologized. He may possibly have ADD, which would explain some of it, but his behavior was echoed by the junior clerk who did the exact same thing when we were passed off to him at various points. I guess part of my ire stems from years of being treated (what I feel is) as a second class citizen or being patronized in certain more male-dominated environments such as auto repair shops. I am sister of 4 brothers, the happy mother of 5 sons and have worked in all-male settings, so I have absolutely no problem with guys and get along well with them. I myself have had jobs in a service/retail setting in the past and would never treat say, a senior customer differently than a youngster other than perhaps adjusting my pitch/volume or language to be appropriate to what they expect. I just wish more/most clerks in such settings would act as if middle-aged women were real people who are worthwhile spending time on, too. I would attribute this service defect to poor parenting, but it could be modified by training on the part of shop owners.

A friend referred me to them and I wasn't sure how they would do, being a smaller shop. But I was greeted by Vinny who walked through my list of repairs and told me it would be ready later in the week, which it was. He even called to let me know it was ready. I had a lot of work done but the price was as reasonable as I've seen. He could have skimped on a couple of things but they returned the bike having done an A+ job and the bike works almost as good as new. These guys are very friendly and really seek to understand your needs.

This store is spacious (one level store) which offers a good selection of sporting goods, equipment, athletic apparel, outdoor gear, footwear, camping, and fishing gear. This store does not carry firearms. This store opened to the public on October 30, 2019. I was here last Saturday for the official Grand Opening celebration with giveaways, drawings, and a special appearance by Rob Ninkovich who I was able to meet later in the day. I was one of the first 100 customers in the door at the special 8am opening time and was given a mystery gift card, which was found to be valued at $10. There was plenty of staff here willing to assist customers. Dick's sent me a $10 off $25 purchase coupon in the mail for the new Manchester, NH Dick's Sporting Goods, which I definitely will be using to buy my next pair of sneakers. The regular prices are slightly higher than other discount retailers and the sale prices here and online are very competitive. Dick's also offers very good coupons via Sunday flyers and mailings  The Dick's Scorecard (loyalty program) allows you to earn points for reward certificates with each purchase.  Over the years, I have purchased many items from Dick's such as sneakers, boots, footballs, jerseys, lids, coats, ski goggles, hockey pucks, gloves, and camping supplies. This Dick's Sporting Goods store at the Mall of New Hampshire adds another local brick & mortar shopping option for sports and outdoor gear. This store is competing directly with Olympia Sports next door and Modell's on South Willow Street.

She stopped to asked the locals where to find moose and spoke endlessly about the types of trees in NH. No moose were spotted at all even after a desperate mosquito infested walk through the woods (yes, we had bug spray but it didn't make a difference). We were told "plan B" was to drive up and down the same highway at midnight to see if the moose were out. This was a surprise for my husbands birthday, It was a surprise for both of us! Lucy met us in the morning and we went straight to the river. It was such a gorgeous and enjoyable ride and she was so pleasant and relaxed the whole way through. She gave us some simple tips on kayaking and also some nice information on some of the wildlife and history of the area. When we reached Lake Ossipee the wind was very strong which made the lake very choppy and her lead was so assuring in the challenge that lay ahead of us - she was awesome and we made it to the other side of the lake without any issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend Lucy if you want to experience a great day outdoors in the White Mountains

I needed a 5000k service, and thought I'd check it out. Troy treated my bike like it was his own, that to me was very important. Their 5000k service included everything from soup to nuts. In other words, more than any dealership. When I got the bill, I told Troy, I asked him if that was correct, as it seemed too low,...as I am an honest person and want to pay my fair share, he said that it was...sold...customer for life! Last winter I left my bike with Troy for another 5,000k service, to have the top end rebuilt, and to install a Ginz sissy bar with brackets and to have the brackets and fender supports powdercoated black. Quite a laundry list of things to do. When the bike was finished, it was mid winter, I told Troy that I wanted to ride it home, he said no problem, come and get it when you want to. There was one day in February when the weather was in the 50's. I told Troy that I wanted to come and pick it up, no problem. I thought that I would have to pay for storage at least while the bike was there, Troy said no. I was very pleased with the job that EVO did, and I could tell that Troy was too, as he told me how everyone in the shop enjoyed looking at the bike when it was finished. As a repeat customer, I want to say that I have been impressed with Troy and the quality service he and his staff at EVO Cycles provide in Derry, NH.
