Small shop in North Salem area. Brought the bike in for a tune up and a few minor repairs. They highlighted a few other items that needed attention. Bike rides better now than when it was new. Friendly service and it was ready on time. They are closed on Sunday. read more

Me and friend went here, the guy was sort of rude but did fix my friends bike which was very nice. Although couldn't get my Tyre on my rim but I was able to myself later. read more

Best full service bike shop in area. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Small family business feel. Worked with a former big brand company shop until I went here, these are riders who care not just workers. highly recommend. read more

I needed a super quick service and was willing to buy the parts and wrench away in the parking lot if need be, even to buy the tool I'd need. Instead I got an offer of immediate service and a fair price. Saved my vibe for certain. Cuz a pro could do it in a tenth the time I'd have needed. read more

Cycles is an outstanding bike shop that I highly recommend. Over the years, I've purchased equipment, tools, three bikes, a wheelset, and rely on Cycles exclusively for all my servicing and repairs. I've never had a single issue or left dissatisfied. Every employee I've worked with is clearly passionate about bikes, and it shows in the quality of their work and customer care. More than once, I've stopped in to pick up a tool or small part and ended up leaving with valuable tips and insights that have made me a better home mechanic. read more

Great staff, excellent mechanics. Always have the very best advice for every cycling need.

Drove all the way to the Salem location because the website showed they sell recumbent bikes... yea, they don't. PLEASE UP DATE YOUR WEBSITE TO REFLECT YOUR PRODUCTS! read more

Every time I have ventured into Cycles Etc (Manchester location) the experience has been GREAT! Whether for service, advice, or details on products, they have delivered. I highly recommend your next bike shop need should have you heading to them. read more

Highest praise for the mechanics at this place. I brought my road bike in with a creak that I assumed was originating in the crank. I was shocked to learn the source was a crack in the carbon handlebars. They found the crack underneath both the bar tape and another layer of tape holding the hydraulic brake cable just inboard from the hood. Had this gone undetected much longer, the result could have been catastrophic. Much respect to these guys. They exceeded all expectations. read more

This review is for the Cycles Etc in Manchester, NH. What a great bike shop. Bob from the Manchester, NH shop let us ship our box with our tandem mountain bike in it to his shop. Bob and his staff were super helpful in terms of telling us great mountain bike places to check out in New Hampshire and also replacing a few parts on our tandem. They saved our trip! Thank you Cycles Etc. read more

I wish I could give MINUS Stars! If the dishonest person that sold me the bike replies as he has on other platforms it will be the same canned response accepting no responsibility for the words that came out of his mouth! NOT impressed at all! 25 years of riding the same bike and not a single injury and Bob tells me this Farley 7 is far better than the bike I have and I now have a back injury! All i wanna do is sell this piece of junk and get at least most of what I paid back! I will NEVER EVER go back here again! Rip off city! Apparently the $2300 I paid was worth more to them than personal health or their reputation! Steer clear and buyer beware! read more

I have been using Cycles Etc in Bedford, NH for all my bicycle needs. They have been amazing on all levels including repairs, accessories, advice and recently in purchasing new bicycles. It is a pleasure to have a full service local bike shop. read more

$115 for a new back back tire and rim. OK job, but just an okay experience. Had an issue with the tire the day I picked it up. I brought it back and they fixed it again with no problems. The customer service was good. Will update as time and more repairs allow. read more

I live on the West Coast and purchased a bike from Cycles Etc. as they had what I wanted in stock. James and his staff are amazing. They are super responsive, answered all of my questions, and were great to work with. When I received the bike I was blown away with how well it was packed. This shop exceeded my expectations in every way. You do not see this level of customer service all that often these days. If you are in the market for a bike you should definitely pay a visit to or call Cycles Etc. read more

First time buying a "real" bike. I called ahead for info and all my questions were answered. When going in to makenmy purchase, they followed covid protocols, helped me as soon as I walked in, and made the process simple. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and they helped me load the bike into my truck. Glad I found them and will definitely be back. read more

On my third bike purchase from this lovely team and I'll be back when it's time for the next! Even when bike demand is high, and there's plenty of easy sales to be had, James is classy and patient as I ask about detail options from the wheels to the bar rise height. They make it fun, even when you're SUPER particular!!!! read more

I got to Cycles Etc in Manchester frequently because of their great service and today was no different. They are totally swamped right now and my road bike had a busted shifting cable. Rather than putting me in the long queue for a fix that took less than 10 min, they just fixed it for me on the spot. I was so thrilled because it's going to be a long weekend and I'll be able to keep riding. Great place and fantastic customer support. read more

These guys are great. I walked in today, 6-3 during the summer season bike rush with a flat tire and a rear wheel cassette which was malfunctioning. I expected to drop the bike off and not see it for another week, much to my satisfaction I was wrong. The guy at the counter says do you want me to look at it now or come back for it and of course I waited for the bike. Fixed it in 15 minutes, my cables were set incorrectly and the were adjusted, cleaned the chain, new tube, perfect customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Everyone in there seemed really friendly. Ill stop wasting my time at an unnamed bike shop closer to home. They sell Trek and Giant also, Im a big fan. read more

I have been a long time customer here and spent thousands of dollars here. But the customer service has gone to hell. I bought a $10 part that I suspected was wrong but was assured that it was right. The part was indeed wrong. But because I didn't have the receipt they wouldn't exchange it for the right part. Really? Losing a good customer over $10? I will find a new lbs! read more

When you purchase a bike that's 7 hundred bux -- and a bell and a basket and bottle holder --- you expect that you automatically get the kickstand. Nope -- they forgot to mention -- hey you wanna buy a kickstand too! Really cycle ext -- ??? Also --- they don't wear masks --- they live free while you die! That's love!! read more

Best bike shop around! Best people, best service, best lube! That's what it's all about, and they play P-Funk all day long, cuz they know where it's at! read more

I'm actually reviewing the Manchester location, because that's the one we went to. However, I didn't see that one on Yelp. This store is utterly amazing. Okay, it really may not look like much. I drove by it all the time and didn't even realize it was there. But on the hunt for a new mountain bike and not wanting to pay other stores prices of $1000 or more, I went to check out Cycles Etc. They had quite a few in our price range. They weren't pushy, they had a very laid back attitude about them, and I really admired that. In the end, found a fabulous bike for $400 and am super pleased to have found a new store to frequent for both new stuff and tune ups. Thanks for all your help! :) read more

Very happy with the service I received at the Manchester location, had a ordered a Giant Bicycle online and they assembled it the same day. The guys at Cycles Etc. aren't just salesmen/mechanics, they hit the trails themselves and it shows when you deal with them. I have always had great experiences there, today being the same. Walked in with daughter in law's bike and was shown a couple of ways to get what she wanted done, always great advice, and no pushing. If you're reading these reviews to help you decide whether you may want to try them out, do so with confidence.....you'll come away from the experience knowing you just found yourself a fantastic local bike shop that you'll revisit for all of your needs. After 10+ years of going there, they deserve a good review....I just never leave reviews, good or bad, for anyone pretty much...about time I did. read more

I've been here a few times now, and had consistently good experiences. They asked what kind of riding I do, and didn't try to upsell me the most expensive tires, and when my bike needed some repairs they did a great job - had it riding as good as the day I got it! The prices for repairs/tune ups seem super reasonable. read more

These guys repaired an expensive derailler on my mountain bike. Price was good and it was finished quickly. Ill be goin here when something else breaks for sure. read more

Cycle's Etcetera has been looking after my Rocky Mountain for years now. After a recent tuning of the suspension, gearing, pivot points, and brakes, I set personal records in Strava at my favorite XC site - FOMBA! The bike was smooth like butter and I gotta thank them for their care and fairness! I'd recommend them to my friends for quality care of their machinery. read more

Loved buying my Santa Cruz 5010 from these guys. Probably some of the most knowledgeable bike nuts in the area. You can tell these guys are passionate about what they do because they'll talk to you for 40 min without even trying to sell you something. Great pricing, unbelievable selection. Definitely coming back for tune ups and gear. read more

These guys are the best! I have bought bikes from both of their Manchester and Salem locations. Bob in Manchester is amazing and so are Doug and Dave from Salem. I have brought my bikes into Cycles Etc a few times for service and overhauls. They have always been quite good at repairing my rides, even fixing a flat on the spot at closing time.
