The gentlemen told me he should be able to fix it and quoted me a very reasonable price and said that it would take 20 minutes or so and that if he could not resolve my issue he would not charge me. I left my phone with him after he assured me he could be trusted. (Let's face it, phones or not cheap these days!) I went back a bit early in case he needed extra codes etc. from me but the phone was all fixed back to its original layout and everything worked as if nothing happened! I brought my iPhone in for a simple cracked screen replacement, and somehow walked out with a phone that was worse than when I brought it in. After the repair, the touchscreen sensor was completely off, making it nearly impossible to type or use my phone properly. It's unacceptable that a business specializing in phone repairs can't even ensure that the phone is functioning correctly before returning it to a customer. I paid to have one problem fixed, not to have another problem created. What should have been a straightforward screen replacement turned into an incredibly frustrating experience. The lack of quality control and attention to detail is ridiculous. If you're going to charge customers for repairs, the bare minimum is making sure their devices actually work afterward. Save yourself the money, time, and headache. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone.
