I brought it to Xfinity where I purchased the phone who is also my provider where I was told to go to Best Buy. Drove over to Best Buy to be told to come back the next day as I did not have an appointment. So I went to North Shore Shopping Center to MobiTech. I went back a bit early in case he needed extra codes etc. from me but the phone was all fixed back to its original layout and everything worked as if nothing happened! My experience was very pleasant and positive. I will go back here again in a second and highly recommend MobiTech to anyone needing help with their cell phones.
