Went and had my screen replaced on a Saturday morning. Only took about 15 minutes. On Monday, Apple released an update that made the screen incompatible with the new screen. Went back Monday night and Dylan threw my old screen back on so that my phone was usable again and refunded the money. Excellent service even with a weird situation. Hopefully Apple releases a patch to fix this issue and I can get a new screen. read more

Came in last week on a Friday after dropping my business phone the day before and the repair was quick and phone seem to work. Bought a screen protector and case from them to ensure future damage wouldn't happen again. Put my business phone away for the weekend. Come Monday, the top half of my screen didn't work. Couldn't connect to wifi, Bluetooth or search in my email. Which cripples any communication I could possibly do with my clients!!! Immediately called and spoke to the Bedford location from the airport, they apologized and told me to bring it in. I told them I was traveling for business and couldn't come in til the following Friday. They said no problem. Well I am just drive 30 mins to their Bedford location and they are closed for a company get together!?! So extremely pissed off! read more

Chad just saved me $400. Seriously. My wife dropped her iPhone 4S in the garage and after a big "CRUNCH" we realized it was in bad shape. Front screen cracked, glass everywhere. He was out of the office but called us back 20 minutes later, scheduled an appointment that was spot on for me the next morning at 11am, and BOOM... 1130am had my wife's phone back and looked NEW. Seriously. NEW. This was awesome. It works just like it should, and I'm proud to support this local business! So basically, if your 3, 3G, 4, 4S, 5; or iPad 1, 2, or new generation is busted... well... spend the absurd money for a new one, or bring it to CHad to fix it like new. $400 for a phone or $75 for a screen? Chad and Collin are not only great guys, but they know what they are doing. I took my iPhone to Staples. Bad move! They stripped the face of one of the screws. Staples then wanted to send my work phone away for 7 days. I called NHiPhone and went over to see them. Ziggy treated me and within one minute of getting the phone, Collin had the screw out! Extremely frustrated! Dropped my iPad and cracked screen. Dropped off device for repair and it was "repaired" in a timely manor. Picked up after "repair" and when I got home I realized the condition of the iPad was terrible. The home button does not function and there are pry marks on the casing of the iPad (like he had a very hard time opening it). Tried calling and emailing multiple times to get an appointment to get the iPad fixed again (under warranty) and I'm getting no response. This is extremely frustrating because the iPad is used for work (billing, purchase orders, gps, contacts, etc.) and the waiting is not only unacceptable, it's unprofessional. read more

My phone finally needed a battery ( was on the charger so much it was pretty much a landline). I heard Apple was doing them. But it would take a few weeks to get an appointment. And a few hours on top of that. I'm not a mall person to begin with. Never mind waiting hours for a phone repair. I contacted Chad and although he was a little more expensive than the Apple store. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Phone is like new again and I'd gladly spend a little more to not deal with the mall of NH. And also keeping money in small locally owned business is better. After getting my phone screen replaced at a competitor of NH iPhone Repair, I greatly regretted not originally going to NH iPhone Repair initially. While the repairs were timely and the people are friendly and knowledgeable, unfortunately the screen repair doesn't last more than a week. My phone was water damaged, so they replaced the screen and that brought the phone back to life, which was great. The problem was that in less than a week, the screen cracked. My daughter had dropped it, so I chalked it up to that. After several months, I got the screen replaced again. Within a week it was broken. I called this time to see if anything was covered under a warranty. It wasn't. While I completely understand not wanting to warrantee something as breakable as a screen, I have had phones for 20 years and have never broken a screen before. My husband had a screen replaced for his iPad and the home button no longer works. My dad had a screen replaced on his iPad as well (I didn't get to him fast enough to warn him) and paid nearly $300. The screen wasn't completely adhered and cracked after less than a week. I really like supporting local business and my experiences with the staff have been wonderful, but it's just not worth the money (or frustration). read more

My wife dropped her iPhone 5 and shattered the screen. Insurance, why at $9 a month and $160 deductible, you receive someone else's reconditioned phone. Other repair shops, backup your phone, restore to factory condition, get it repaired, restore your backup. Pay $150 or more. Most are around $200. With NH iPhone Repair, you pay $140 for an iPhone 5, $75 for others. You do not have to worry about backups, but Chad recommends it just to be safe. Chad does a fantastic job. He is very engaging while fixing your phone. Chad knows what he is doing, he takes pride and care in doing his work. He tests everything before finalizing the repair. Chad provides a lifetime warranty on his work. We had no issues with information on the phone, did not have to do a restore. Chad's prices are better then the rest, so are his ethics and work standards. This is a great young man who provides fast, reliable and quality work. There are few things as precious as our smartphones these days. When my son's iPhone 5S screen cracked we did our best to ignore the problem because we assumed it would be a hassle to fix. Apple charges $149 for a screen repair and the AT&T "insurance" we had on the phone had a deductible of $149. Hmm... If only I'd known about Chad and NH iPhone Repair sooner. DON'T GO HERE FOR REPAIRS ON ANYTHING! I had my iPad Air for 5 years, no problems, nothing broken. Took it in and out of my protective keypad case with no problems. One day, a few months ago, I dropped it and the screen broke. Brought it to NH iPhone Repair in Bedford, NH, to replace both the broken screen, and the battery that was 5 years old. That is where the good part ends! The home button started to sink in further and further till it wouldn't always work. I called them up and explained the problem. I then asked if it was covered under warranty. They said yes, so I told them I would be down that day to get it fixed. Now, I had bought a more durable keypad/cover, so it would be better protected. While trying to remove it from the protective cover, before I brought down to them, the new screen cracked. This never happened to the one that came with it from Apple. When I arrived to get it fixed, I asked if they just needed to replace the home button, or did it require them to remove the glass to replace it. They told me it would require the glass to be removed, but it couldn't be covered under warranty, because the screen was cracked. I said why should that matter if you have to remove it anyways(I have seen very few of these, have the glass removed, in one piece because it is so thin). They said that didn't matter, and it was not covered. My blood was boiling at this point, and found their reasons to be full of crap! I had no choice but to pay for a new one. I asked for discounted price sense their reasoning was obviously flawed. They wouldn't even meet me half way at $50. Their only offer was $90. I payed it and left. Just a few weeks later, with my iPad sitting next to me on my bed, I slid my hand underneath, putting my thumb on the screen to pick it up, and I heard a pop, and the screen cracked into 3 separate pieces. I called them and told them the story, and they said sometimes a shard of broken glass can get under the new glass, and this can happen, and if they found a piece of glass, it would be covered under warranty. I bring it to them, and the tech finds no piece of glass, even though the corner it cracked from was higher than the other three, and say he can't cover it. I tell him the owner needs to call me ASAP, cause I am not paying for it. This was on a Thursday, I didn't get a call from the owner until 3 business days latter, only after I called to find out why his customer service is so crappy, because you should never wait three days to contact a unhappy customer, EVER!!! He said he would call in the next few minutes, which he did. I explained everything above to him, and he played it like he was doing ME a favor, by doing it at no cost, and that he will not cover anymore cracked screens. I pick it up the next day, bring out to my car, and start using it to make sure everything works okay. My daughter sitting next to me says, "Dad, is that a crack in the corner?" I said no, that is in the plastic film they leave over the glass. She pulls back the film, and sure enough it is cracked. I walk back into the store, show him the crack, he calls the owner. The owner won't cover it! I pick up my iPad and leave PISSED! There only two variables here, sub quality glass, or technician error. I don't know the level of experience the technicians have so I will have to go with crappy replacement parts. DON'T GO THERE FOR REPAIRS ON ANYTHING! read more

Verified everything was working upon completion of repair. An most important lifetime warranty on workmanship an any defects from the screen. I could probably go on an on. I contacted NH iPhone Repair and I spoke with Chad about my daughters Iphone 4 turning on and off by itself. Chad set up a same day appointment with me, within 2 hours (including driving from Nashua to Bedford) of my call her phone was up and running perfectly (at a great price). I have had other repair shops in the malls work on my products before and I've had bad experiences every time. I will never trust anyone with my products again other than NH iPhone Repair. I would much rather support Chad in his local business than have someone else in the malls work on my products .
