On May 24th I had $3,500 of virtual reality equipment and some iPads, MacBooks and iPhones stolen from my business. The thief was stupid and called me by mistake the next saying he was here at EZ iPhone Repairs to pawn the items. I called Manchester PD and Sargent Byron met me at the pawn shop. The thief and his partner left 5 minutes earlier as Terell (the employee) tipped them off that the police were coming. I know this cause the thief called me back apologizing saying he bought the items from someone else and that Terell said the police where on their way. Terell only had half the items waiting on the counter, 2 virtual reality headsets valued at $1,200 were not there but when I called hi while on my way he said he had them. I argued for 10 minutes with Terell that they should be there. Terell insisted that was all he had. I called the thief back who wanted me to have the items in hopes I wouldn't press charges. He told me he left the headsets in a black trash bag on the floor. The Sargent and I had to watch almost an hour of video to finally see the trash bag. But... just a few minutes before we saw what happened to the trash bag, Terell stops the video and goes and gets the bag. He tells us that a kid in a red hat moved the bag to the back. I suggested the Sargent watch the rest of the video and it was Terrel that moved the black bag to the back. He was trying to keep the stolen headsets for himself. This place also has a lot of other negative history. 3 weeks after this this store was closed. And now, the owner, Kyle Perkins, has moved the store for a third time and changed the name again. Amazing service! I broke the screen on my note 3 and needed it replaced or fixed fast. While at work ( manager of Epsom Circle Market Epsom NH), I surfed the net for options and came across EZ Computer & iPhone Repair. Upon calling, Kyle informed me he did not have the screen and I quickly thanked and hung up on him. While trying other places I received a call at work asking if I had just called inquiring about repair. I said yes and kyle informed me he located a screen and could do the repair right away. I got his info and told him I would be there right after work. Upon arriving, I was impressed with the variety and cleanliness of the store and kyle's professionalism and proficiency was superb. This guy knows what he's doing! I've been in management for many years and the impression I left with prompted me to leave this review and highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a repair or possibly the purchase of a preowned game system or phone. These guys are top notch. I recently had an iPhone 6 that wouldn't charge. I went to Verizon, and was told that a pin on the connector had broken off, and that it wasn't covered by my extended protection plan. They told me to find a repair shop, and so I went to one right down the street from my house. The people inside the shop by my home didn't give me the best vibes, and told me that because the repair would take so long, i would need to leave my phone overnight and a $40 cash deposit. Because I needed my phone for work, I left to see if I could find a place that could do it faster. I found EZ on google and called them. Even though they were half an hour away from where I lived they told me to come right in and they would take care of it. The guys inside were super professional, and the repair only took 15 minutes. They were even cheaper than I was quoted by the original store. I can't recommend these guys highly enough! They saved me so much time and frustration. read more

Very satisfactory repair and quick service. It was just glass replacement on a MacBook Pro, but I was impressed. I was a little apprehensive about taking my laptop into a pawn shop and handing it to someone young enough to be my grandson, but with such fast and efficient service (while I waited, no less), I had no regrets. "Kyle" knew what he was doing. The only disappointment (and the reason for only a four-star rating) was being charged $25 more than the $125 standard fee listed on the website, which was also quoted to me over the phone by Kyle's colleague. Frankly I would still have driven the 86 miles to Concord had I known it was going to cost $150, because on-the-spot service is difficult to find, but it would have been felt better to know up front. A revision to the website fee list is probably in order, but I would recommend the business. read more

AMAZING. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone that drops their iphone because these guys are a lifesaver. My phone was pretty wrecked from falling off my couch (weird that it would crack from falling that short of distance), and I really needed it to work again, so I found this place on yelp. I brought in my iPhone 5 and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes while I sat on the couch and read a book. It was perfectI ended up buying a case there, which was nice that they have those and the tempered glass options. Then before I left my sliding was a little tight, so he unscrewed it and fixed it right there in prob 10 minutes. Such awesome service. Easy place to find. Pretty affordable compared to everywhere else. read more

Fate's a cruel bitch.... 2 days after bragging to a friend that I never kept my iPhone in a case and I've never broken or cracked a screen, I proceed to drop my iPhone and shatter the screen. While the cracked spiderweb design was interesting to look at, the phone was useless. With a new model due soon and Apple charging ridiculous prices for screen repair, I was unsure what to do. Searching Yelp I came across ez apple repairs and gave them a try. They did a fantastic job ! While you can walk in, it's possible to schedule appointment through their website which is quite convenient. They gave me an 30 min estimate for repair but had it done in 10 minutes. Cracked screen on my Galaxy S7. New insurance program will schedule a repair at your home. Kyle came to the house the very next day and did the quite complicated repair while I watched. Said that the Galaxy is more difficult to replace the screen than the iphone. Glad I have the insurance happy with the new repair protocol. Kyle did an outstanding job and did warn me than this phone is expensive to fix, better keep the insurance coverage. Plan to visit his store in the future. read more

I completely shattered my glass on my iPhone 5s. I walked in and Kyle was so nice. He finished in under an ten minutes!!!. Looked as good as new! However, I noticed that my something wasn't quite right with the touch screen later that night. I called and they said I had a lifetime warranty and they'd fix it. Went back a couple days later and again 10 min later it was perfect at no extra charge. I highly recommend them. read more

I walked into EZ Computer and explained my problem. Kyle took my iPhone and with blazing speed opened it up, tested it to confirm my diagnosis of the problem (faulty power dock) and then, screwdriver flying, proceeded to perform the fix. Fast screen repair for my iPhone 6plus. Took maybe 29 minutes top. Super friendly workers and cannot beat the prices. Couldn't find a screen repair place cheaper if you tried! Buyer Beware, Fraudulent. Make sure to get a receipt in writing. Went to get iPhone 5 fixed, said $50 and they'd fix it which they did not. Cause further damage the phone and charge me for their mistakes. I was out over $120 worth of material for a $30 part I could get on Amazon and put in myself. Not a real Apple technician. read more
