What floored me the most was that she called me about three hours after I picked up my medication to follow up with me and make sure that I was feeling better! You don't see this in a lot of pharmacies, this woman had such compassion. I really wish I remembered her name so I could've called CVS corporate to give her some kudos. Not a single smile from either one of them like they were absolutely miserable in their own skin/lives. I work in retail and every customer that walks in or out of my store is or has been greeted, smiled at and asked if they found everything okay. It's not difficult to spread that happiness to anyone. But it takes a hell of a lot more energy to be upset and unhappy. Leave your problems at the door. No one wants to have to deal with your shit because we all have our own shit to deal with. We went to Shaw's today because I didn't want to deal with the MB assholes and ALL those extra people!! Maybe I should've shut my mouth and went there anyway. At least the cashiers talk to you with a smile.
