She could see that I was not feeling well and offered to help shop for the remaining items while I sat down next to the pharmacy. The pharmacy tech also prioritized getting me my prescriptions and asked me if I needed help calling an Uber or if I was going to be OK to drive home. What floored me the most was that she called me about three hours after I picked up my medication to follow up with me and make sure that I was feeling better! You don't see this in a lot of pharmacies, this woman had such compassion. I really wish I remembered her name so I could've called CVS corporate to give her some kudos. It's the small things like this that go along way when you are Under the weather. Thank you for helping me feel better physically and emotionally!

Not a single smile from either one of them like they were absolutely miserable in their own skin/lives. I work in retail and every customer that walks in or out of my store is or has been greeted, smiled at and asked if they found everything okay. It's not difficult to spread that happiness to anyone. But it takes a hell of a lot more energy to be upset and unhappy. Leave your problems at the door. No one wants to have to deal with your shit because we all have our own shit to deal with. We went to Shaw's today because I didn't want to deal with the MB assholes and ALL those extra people!! Maybe I should've shut my mouth and went there anyway. At least the cashiers talk to you with a smile.

Then I got a message on their useless app saying there was an insurance problem. I don't have insurance and I've told them this several times before. They are also rude when they finally answer the call. I left months ago and went to Rite Aid and never had this problem but Rite Aid went under and guess who got all their patients? Yup so back in their circus. Last month my prescription was 5 days late and was told first come first serve. The app is useless because my medication is a controlled substance. And people wonder why some folks turn to the street for their medication. I wouldn't do that but I certainly understand why some do.

The nurse ends up finishing work at 8:00 instead of 6:00 to clear the backlogs! This is frustrating for everyone.... customers and employees.... This is not how a health clinic should run. I needed to fill a prescription over the summer and I figured I'd give TFP a try. Wow - they were amazing! I walked and in and immediately was taken care of. They even asked how I was feeling in relation to the meds I was picking up and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the prescription. Everyone was so down to earth and friendly and made me feel at ease. That experience was only the tip of the awesomeness iceberg. I went in there to buy a pharmacy product and was kind of frazzled and in a panic so I just grabbed it, paid for it and left. Turns out I didn't need both of the items I bought so I went back a week later to return one of them. The owner recognized me and told me that she realized she had accidentally overpriced one of the items I bought and didn't notice it until I made the purchase - so right then and there she handed me $3 cash. WHAT? That would never in a million years happen at one of the huge pharmacy stores. The grand finale - a couple weeks after getting my prescription there, I got a hand written thank you note from the owner for bringing my business there. You just scored a customer for life!
