The small bottles are SO SMALL that I can't squeeze them to get the drops out. I picked the prescription up at the drive thru and pulled ahead because there was a car behind me. I looked in the bag and saw 3 boxes. Without opening any of the boxes I drove back around the building and said I couldn't manage these teeny bottles. They said they couldn't take them back even though the boxes weren't open and they had altered the way the prescription was written. It was suggested that I hire a home nurse to come twice a day for 3 months to administer the drops since I couldn't handle the bottles they substituted for what had been ordered. I would rate my experience as less than 1 if it was possible.

The patient keeps trying to pick up her medication and is told that it was not called in. The computer tracks the e-prescribing, so we know it was done. Finally, in desperation, we called the pharmacy and were told that we need to re-send it AGAIN. And if it doesn't show up in 10 minutes, that we would need to call back and give the prescription over the phone. She would not just take the prescription over the phone at that time, and she promptly hung up on us. Ironically (or not), the very same pharmacy made one of our 90 y/o patients come in twice, because they pulled the same stunt with her. Tsk, tsk. not very good patient care.

When I shop in this store (which is rare due to its condition) the shelves are always unorganized and a complete mess and there is always merchandise sitting on the floor in most aisles and displaced merchandise on the shelves. Its not that hard to keep a store of this size in an orderly fashion, by simply hiring minimum wage employees to continuously organize the shelving during the day shift. The management (at Walmart) should pay close attention to the condition of the Target store across the street. Target is always clean, employees are always in most aisles with 2-way radio communication with each other and every shelf in the store is in perfect order with the exception of holiday clearance areas (which is quite typical in any department store), Walmart managers....I suggest you start cleaning up your act or Target will put you out of business.

Are people stealing tshirts, socks, underwear and more? I believe that their batteries are also this way too. Finding someone to open the case was not something I wanted to do, so I just drove across the street to TARGET where I could find what I wanted and I could make the purchase on my own - the selection was less, but I was more than happy NOT to have to seek out someone with a key to make a small purchase. (Apparently the clientele between these two stores is very different or perhaps it is just the way that Walmart handles it or treats their customers - I do find it insulting that the store has to lock up things or perhaps it is just sad... :-( ) In looking at he reviews, I see that someone else has commented on items locked up tight and the hassle she had to get to the item of interest: Bad customer service experience I asked for help three times and nobody could get somebody with a key for something small I wanted in the glass cases. They made an announcement to the store and there was still nobody until one woman noticed I was waiting and went across to the store to get a set. I guess this store has a lot of mistrust with people having keys that nobody has one ---- This just stresses the fact that I will continue to visit other Walmarts if that is the store I need for an item and avoid the Methuen store if at all possible. I've read recent complaints and all can be resolved by installing/using the CVS app: select notifications to get updates, add allergies to your profile, check prescription status and if it reads 'no refills' either request refills via the app or your provider (if you wait until you request a refill, there will be a delay).

They are more than willing to deny coverage for any medication that your doctor prescribes, and shunt you off to an automated system to avoid having to answer for their denials. They will give you a canned response of "ask your doctor to appeal our decision" as if they have a right to get between you and your doctor's assessment of your need for medication. I 1000% despise CVS, and Caremark especially. They need to take the word "Care" out of their name, because care has NOTHING to do with it.

The trees are badly overgrown, and the hornets are extremely aggressive--people walking by are being chased and stung. This is dangerous for neighbors, families, children, and anyone passing through.
