The small bottles are SO SMALL that I can't squeeze them to get the drops out. I picked the prescription up at the drive thru and pulled ahead because there was a car behind me. I looked in the bag and saw 3 boxes. Without opening any of the boxes I drove back around the building and said I couldn't manage these teeny bottles. They said they couldn't take them back even though the boxes weren't open and they had altered the way the prescription was written. It was suggested that I hire a home nurse to come twice a day for 3 months to administer the drops since I couldn't handle the bottles they substituted for what had been ordered. I would rate my experience as less than 1 if it was possible.

The most arrogant and hostile individual is the pharmacist herself. I don't know her name, but she is blonde. The attitude of the people toward their customers is horrendous. You are greeted with scowls each time you approach the counter. They do everything in their power to try to make you feel that they are doing you a favor by helping you get your medications. The pharmacy is in stark contrast to the rest of the store. Everyone else in the store could not be more helpful or kind.

The trees are badly overgrown, and the hornets are extremely aggressive--people walking by are being chased and stung. This is dangerous for neighbors, families, children, and anyone passing through. I asked for a reprint and this emotionless woman (who apparently is head of the photo department) tried to blame my disposable for the mistake. It was super obvious the printer did not line up the photos correctly. This woman was snobby, unfriendly and unhelpful! It's unfortunate because the other employees are nice but they all let me down in the end. They called the outside company to find my roll of film for reprint but more than a week later - still no word. Eventually, I was given a refund but the photos are irreplaceable! I will never give this awful photo department my business again and neither should you. Get your pictures printed elsewhere!

There appears to be little to no efficiency in how the store is run. Staffing always seems inadequate, and customers are left waiting far longer than reasonable just to complete basic transactions. This location seriously needs better management of workflow and staffing because the current experience is frustrating for customers.
