I have been a customer at Walgreen's Pharmacy, at 167 S. Broadway, in Salem, N. H. for many, many years. After my experience today, with the Pharmacy Manager, who I just met for the first time, I will never, ever return to said Walgreen's store and will advise everyone that I know of my terrible time there, today. I had a prescription of dental paste which they had filled. It turned out, that the paste would not come out of the tube. I had an appointment with the physician who ordered it today, and told him about the paste. The doctor told me, "tell them to take it back"! I went to said store, spoke for the first time to the pharmacy manager, one Bob Bozek. He was very rude, arrogant and dismissal of me. He said he only had one minute to listen to me and when I tried to speak, he kept interrupting me. I believe his treatment of me, was also discriminatory because of my very advanced age. He gave me no satisfaction whatsoever about my complaint about the paste and abruptly walked away from me when I was talking. His treatment of me, a long time customer, was cruel and mean, considering my obvious old age. I will take all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and I intend to make a Complaint against this horrid man and Walgreens with the corporate office, with the Store Manager and with the official office handling complaints of age discrimination by businesses. Anyone who goes to this pharmacy, goes at his/her own risk! I rate this business as very, very poor! read more
