He will literally go on and help with any questions or concerns you might have, about your prescriptions, along with the items in the store. All the pharmacists and people who work there are great! The only thing that I wish was different was that that they would be open even for a couple hours on Sundays (esp. since lately that happens to be the day when mu prescriptions can be filled). Anywhere that is willing to call and deal with the insurance company for you get an "A+" from me! :)

I could not wait for her to call around to different places, so she said she would do it and then call or text me when she found the medicine at another Walgreens. To be honest, I was not expecting a call back because perhaps she was too busy, BUT, a couple hours later, she did call me, and told me a nearby store to pick it up at. She was very polite. Some might say, "well of course, she was doing her job", BUT, there are a lot of employees who do NOT do their job once the customer is gone from the counter--they forget about them. Cindy did not. So, thank you, Cindy, and thank you Walgreens.

I went with my son to pick up the prescribed…read moremedications from the hospital, but I was told that only one of the four prescribed medications was ready. They asked me to come back the next day, so I returned home with just that single item. The problem was that the quantity of this pills was incorrect. I went back the following day, only to be told that the rest of the medication wouldn't arrive for another week. In the end, I had to make five separate trips to collect everything. You really need to double-check the quantity of the medication. I called the pharmacy again today because four pills were missing, but they insisted that such a mistake was impossible. Why would I have any reason to lie? Among them, one pharmacist was grateful for the effort made to find another pharmacy in an attempt to get the medication quickly.

1 star -- absolutely unacceptable…read more The pharmacy at CVS Pharmacy is a complete mess. My prescription was transferred, and somehow it just vanished. No one can tell me where it is, why it's not filled, or when I'm actually going to get it. I've now been sent between locations being told it's ready, only to show up and hear "we don't have it." Meanwhile, I'm without medication I need, getting worse, and the staff offers zero real answers. One employee (Rita) looked up my prescription and couldn't give any clear information or timeline at all--just confusion and attitude instead of solutions. At this point, it feels like no one knows what they're doing. This isn't a small mistake--this is people's health. Figure out your system, communicate properly, and stop leaving patients stuck chasing their own prescriptions.
