I work for a doctor's office that implements e-prescribing. I have sent the same prescription in…read moretwice for a patient. The patient keeps trying to pick up her medication and is told that it was not called in. The computer tracks the e-prescribing, so we know it was done. Finally, in desperation, we called the pharmacy and were told that we need to re-send it AGAIN. And if it doesn't show up in 10 minutes, that we would need to call back and give the prescription over the phone. She would not just take the prescription over the phone at that time, and she promptly hung up on us. Ironically (or not), the very same pharmacy made one of our 90 y/o patients come in twice, because they pulled the same stunt with her. Tsk, tsk. not very good patient care.

Sooooooo professional and attentive. 0-star for the scheduling / appointmens... The system allows users to double-book a given timeslot! So, two people at 10:00, two people at 10:15, etc.... The nurse ends up finishing work at 8:00 instead of 6:00 to clear the backlogs! This is frustrating for everyone.... customers and employees.... This is not how a health clinic should run. Will I go back? Maybe. Good idea on paper --- cheaper alternative to seeing your PCP. But be prepared to wait a long long time......

I needed white socks and tshirts. All of these items are locked up in cabinets....REALLY? Are people stealing tshirts, socks, underwear and more? I believe that their batteries are also this way too. Common sense says if you buy something online this is where you go get your merchandise. Nope. This is where you go to get your online grocery order. Walmart how much of your business is online grocery pick up in comparison with non-grocery items? I know for me personally when I grocery shop I don't think Walmart. Customer Service is dependent on the person waiting on you. I entered my order at the customer service kiosk and waited..waited..waited. The store greeter saw me waiting and when I asked she wouldn't call anyone to help me. Poor attitude. I had to go wait in the Customer Service line (and wait yet again). They called for help. Reward your Associates for good performance; it will pay you back ten-fold. Your website is nothing like Amazon. The 'feel' of your stores are like walking into a 1970's K-mart.

There are never enough open registers to check out and Friday thru Sunday forget it - the lines are very long and don't move because there are so few open registers. It's almost all self check out and usually only about 1/2 of the registers are active. I stopped going there on weekends. Many employees really take their time and even congregate to speak among themselves (in some foreign language) while ignoring the customers. The shelves are not properly stocked and prices are not accurate. Sale items are not properly marked; I bought some kitchen items recently that were marked on sale. When I checked out every item rang up at full price not the displayed sale price. The store always seems to be low on stock or running out of things. And I feel like I'm in some foreign country when I'm in the store. Avoid this place if you can.

I see the frustration on their face, and don't know why management isn't doing anything to change this. They will lose (and likely have already lost) customers and employees. Every time I have come in the past 6 months I have been told to come back or wait one to two hours to fill a prescription. Who has that kind of time? My recommendation to anyone connecting a pharmacy to your health care, pick any other location.
