The technician, Luis, called me when he was on his way, he arrived promptly, was very nice and friendly, and had the stairlift out of the house in 15 minutes. We had to have it repaired after the DC trip because pieces were falling off as we pushed my son in the chair and a piece of the seat had fallen off as well and we had to pay for repair because the warranty was 1 day over the 30 days. After the one day use in six flags there were some minor things and we noticed the wheel was not working correctly.
